Bring the whole family to this great location nestled above the town of Mariposa with incredible views! With room for a large group, you'll also enjoy the in-ground pool and spa and kids play/craft room. Cook meals in our newly remodeled kitchen and enjoy complimentary coffee in the mornings. Mariposa is gthe closest substantial town to Yosemite's west entrance via Arch Rock, with only a 35 minute drive to the entrance. This unique 100 acre property is home of two separate rentals and a metal shop where a local gym holds classes a few days durning the week. Join a class if you'd like! With on-site help, you wont be left scrambling for assistance when needed. We take pride in guest satisfaction and are here to assist. Don't miss this great home, with so much to offer....

Great Family Occasion
Such a great place for a family gathering! My brother’s family lives in town and my sister and I and our adult kids came for nephew’s graduation from Mariposa High School. It was perfect. Convenient, comfortable, excellent spot for us to all spend time together.

Nice house in a good location!
We completely enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for our Yosemite adventures. It was also close to town but you would not know it. The house had plenty of room for our family and very well equipped. We all enjoyed the pool and spa after long days of hiking in the park.

Lovely stay in Mariposa
We absolutely loved our stay - the house was just as described, but the views and setting were even better than expected. The house was extremely well supplied with all the things you need for a comfortable stay. The property manager responded to questions very quickly and we would stay there again for sure. My only regret is we didn’t book for longer!

We loved this place. It is beautiful. Lots of space for lots of people and it was very kid friendly. They came to our rescue with a stroller-we had forgot ours. Could have stayed longer just to relax and enjoy.

Exceptional Retreat
We had a wonderful at this beautiful retreat. The property was even more beautiful than the listing described and very comfortable for our family. We really appreciated how everything was clearly labeled and all of our questions (even ones we didn't know we had) were answered in the binder and the videos. We visit the Merced/Mariposa area frequently; we look forward to making the Yodemite Mountaintop Retreat as our new home base.

Stunning Retreat
The house was just as amazing as the pictures show - spacious, clean, very well stocked (kitchen and bathroom), beautiful views and gorgeous pool. All the instructions were super clear which made using the coffee maker, dishwasher, etc. very easy. The 7 of us had a marvelous time! Thank you!

Wonderful!
We had such a great time at this home. It was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. We could tell the house was loved and well taken care of. The outdoor pool and views were amazing. There were a lot of bees enjoying the pool water, but we were careful to stay away from them and nobody got stung. We did not use the indoor hot tub because the chlorine fumes were a bit strong, but we had so much fun outdoors it was not a big deal for us. We definitely want to go back. Especially when Yosemite is easily available to visit again. Thank you Mary Ellen for sharing your home with us.

Hi, Our stay was great other than the outside pool and hot tub was not heated as promised. We had an event and was really hoping to utilize those parts of the house more. Great retreat!
We enjoyed our stay greatly. The house is very conveniently located, yet feels a world away. Great pool and hot tubs. Nice A/C in the heat of summer. Plenty of space and lots of upgrades. Beautiful views of the entire surrounding countryside. The only thing we didn’t realize was that there was a caretaker and another rental onsite. No problems, just fyi.

The house has beautiful view, plenty of spaced, clean and we have everything we need in the kitchen. But we hope we have better wine glasses and better wifi. The wifi is too slow for streaming. However, we like the house and will come back.

Myself and my three adult daughters were delighted with the location of the property. It was truly and mountain top retreat. One that we all were ready for. Quiet and beautiful, we were able to relax comfortably after a day spent at Yosemite.

My family of 5 had an amazing time relaxing at this beautiful property. It was so peaceful watching wildlife, gorgeous views, and star gazing! We had tons of fun swimming in the pool and relaxing in the jacuzzi!
