"I came for a short solo get away. I found tranquility. The property is beautiful. The cottage and kitchen are stocked with anything you might need. The lake and the dock were delightful. I fully enjoyed the bird activity, the sunrises and the sunsets. The covered porch was a great place to read and write. The withlacoochee trail is within walking distance and I took advantage of it daily. I’ll be back. "

"If you’re looking for quiet, small and cozy! This is it! It was perfect for what we were looking for. There was a a hiccup on the property, nothing to do with the rental itself. "We rode out hurricane Milton at this location after evacuating from the Tampa Bay area. The house itself is very charming and cozy and kept us warm and dry despite the downpour. "This property was perfect for what I needed. I was there for 8 nights. It was close to the venue where I was attending a conference. The house was clean and comfortable. Kevin was there to greet me and answer any questions I had. Since I’m a “senior “ I chose to sleep on the daybed which was very comfortable. There are 3 beds in the loft but the ladder up and down was a bit formidable to me. All in all this was exactly what I expected. "
