Launch your canoe, kayak, or other small watercraft right from the backyard, or visit Wareham Marina, just a half-mile away, if you have something larger. This home is less than 10 miles from downtown Wareham and Onset where you'll find a beach, restaurants, ice cream, shops, and a public dock on Main Street. Visit Wareham Crossing for additional dining options and big box stores, while towns like Marion, Mattapoisett, and Plymouth offer even more shopping, dining, and entertainment options, all between five and 20 miles from your door.

This lovely and spacious vacation rental boasts high, knotty wood ceilings, several windows welcoming in abundant natural light, and an open floor plan. Step into the fully-updated kitchen to prepare all your favorite recipes using the upscale appliances and then dine indoors at the adjacent table or alfresco on your furnished patio while swans, geese, and other native birds play out on the water. Back indoors, switch on the fireplace and settle into the comfortable living area to stream your favorite shows and movies.

Additional features and amenities include a desk and chair for your laptops, a gas grill, and a washer/dryer to help you stay on top of your laundry during your stay.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Guests are not permitted to charge cars or plug vehicle equipment directly into the unit. This will prevent power outages.
Fishing rods as well as one tandem kayak and oars are provided for guest use.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
