This property is a great size home with 3 big bedrooms, sleeps 7. Reverse cycle AC- Heat. Fully functional kitchen.
Sit in the warmth of the combustion heater sipping on a glass of wine while taking in a sunset over the Innes National Park.
The house is suitable for couples or a family. Small quiet dogs ok, respecting neighbours and no dogs on beds. This includes the house itself shall not be left covered in dog hair.
Minimum 2 night stay.

Nice spot
This place is a comfortable simple beach house that provides access to all the beautiful spots of the southern YP and then return in the evening. It is also so close to a great little beach. Plenty of wild life visitors from the nearby national park . We spent 2 weeks here.

The property was wonderful. Easily catered for our group of 7. The front and back deck were lovely to spend time on. The kitchen was well stocked with pots pans plates and utensils. Communication with the owner was easy with prompt responses. We had a great easter stay and hope to return.

An absolute delightful place to stay.
This home was outstanding. It was warm, welcoming and well presented. It had everything we needed for our stay and the heater was perfect for warmth and cosiness. The street was quiet and we even had some hoppy friends greet us on the front lawn after a day out. We will definitely be back in the future

Very relaxing!
Fantastic stay! Kids, hubby and I found the property perfect for our needs. So close for a day trip to Innes National Park and very close for a quick dip in the ocean. Property manager went above and beyond to assist us with linen as we were travelling from Interstate. The only thing I wish it had, was a washing machine to do a quick load of kids clothes. Would definitely recommend!!!

Enjoyable opportunity for a walk
Melaleuca Retreat, Marion Bay. Great location, neat clean and comfortable residence, as expected. Owners responsive to our queries. Tavern great meals. Close to Innes Nat Park. Good day spent exploring. Pleasant walks along the beach. Saw kangaroos and emu in paddock close by. Really nice and good value.

Lovely retreat overall
Disappointing when such a nice place is let down by inadequate cleaning. Wife shouldn't have to re-wash dishes and clean dirty cupboard shelves and chopping board before we can start the holiday. Dusty floors and couch crevices not much fun. Lots of other helpful considerations still made it worthwhile and enjoyable.

Comfortable base but beware of no linen or firewood
The home offers a comfortable base for exploring the Innes National Park. one downside was I don't recall seeing clearly in the property description at the time of booking that we had to supply our own linen until just before we drove down from Adelaide, so as we had flown in from Brisbane, we had to purchase new sheets and towels. In all our stays all over the world this is a very rare requirement and was unexpected. We will now need to separately post all these new linen items home to Brisbane. I suggest that this requirement and the requirement to supply your own firewood to be prominently displayed in the descriotion that is visible at teh time of booking.

Nice Location but beds not as described
The house was a nice location and was tidy on arrival but when checking the rooms the bunk beds were not in the room there was 1 single bed and then a double mattress on the floor . When communicated to owner they apparently knew nothing about it and it was the cleaner that didn’t communicate that the bed had broke and they were waiting on a replacement. Was told that the cleaner would come by but didn’t and nothing else was mentioned about having to sleep on a mattress on the floor . We also wasn’t happy that we couldn’t use the washing machine as it had a padlock on it and was only to be used by the cleaner , definitely something we need to double check when booking accommodation next time.
