"The apartment is clean and has a lot of room. We only stayed for 1 night, total of about 12 hours. Only complaint is the hot water in the shower stopped after only a couple minutes. This happened for 2 people back to back."

"I hosted a 60th birthday dinner for my husband at a nearby rec hall. This home was the perfect place for me to cook and prepare all the food for my husband's dinner. It was a great spot to sit with family and fellowship. The only issue I had was that the downstairs bathroom shower handle is not on correctly. "An older house not updated BUT the rate reflects this. It was much bigger than I expected. I was solo so only slept in master bedroom which was very comfortable. Unit was VERY clean. I had zero problems. The heat worked great. The hot water got extremely hot. Plumbing worked with no issues. The host was very responsive. "Having previously lived in the village of Armada for 35 years, our 3 week stay felt like going home. Living in this VRBO was a perfect location for visiting family and friends. If we visit Michigan next summer, we wouldn’t hesitate to rent this apartment again. I have a couple of suggestions that would make this stay a little better.
