Sweet getaway
Great little place. Comfy bed. Beach is so amazing and close. Great cool weather. Starbucks and denny's down the street. Safe neighborhood. 10 min to monterey. Down side, no coffee machine, no heat control, Xtra small fridge, Xtra small TV.

Close to the beach
Located very close to Marina State Beach and Monterey. Room was very clean. Host was responsive. Lots of closet space, but only 1 very dim closet light worked. Street parking wasn't always close, but the house is on a cul-de-sac, so there was very little traffic. Check in was easy but only because there was very little information provided, at one point we weren't sure if we were in the right place. The bed is good but there was an uncomfortable plastic cover over the mattress under the sheets that was loud and hot. Also it was pretty stuffy inside the room at night. There's no fan and no screen in the door. The curtains blocking the sliding glass doors were sheer, which meant bright mornings and not much privacy.

Good location
Overall good stay, but I didn’t read description as good as I should have. This place is a room inside a house that you do not have access to the rest of the house. You just have a room, closet, bathroom, tiny microwave, small TV, and small fridge. Lights in the closet didn’t work and bigger trash can. Better night stands and WiFi info inside room.
