"This hotel is perched above the town and has a beautiful garden filled with fruit trees, and views of the duomo, town and valley. It's a lovely, quiet place and it even has parking about 5 minutes up the hill, which is impossible to find in Ragusa Ibla. The staff are very gracious, and the breakfast was delicious. The room was so quiet, and the bed was very comfortable with a mattress topper. We highly recommend it. "

"Check in was smooth as Pippo and Lucia were there when we arrived. Property is beautiful, very clean, a lovey terrace with beautiful views across Modica. However, Modica is a city of steps and Casa Alecci is in Modica Alta which is atcthe veryvtop so make sure you have transport sorted before you arrive. In addition, the property has no internet access so make sure you have a data package. We loved our stay at Modica in Casa Alecci but it may not suit everyone. "

"We loved this little family run B&B! The owners Rita and Leonardo were kind and helpful. Very nice quiet room with 2 rooms and balcony. Location was perfect as we could walk to everything. Breakfast was very nice with several home made items and great coffee! They had us park at a local lot a mile away down the hill and picked us up there bringing us to the hotel and then back after. Make sure to write them and call ahead to arrange this. Overall a great experience for us!! "

We had a very relaxing week and Carmelo was kind enough to recommend and book a local restaurant for us, and the food was delicious! We can highly recommend this villa and Sicily in general. "We had wonderful time in a beautiful modern villa with a great location for touring the south east of Sicily. Our host Carmelo provided all the information we needed to plan day trips and made many good restaurant recommendations. Too bad we were here's in February and could not take advantage of the beautiful infinity pool. But we did barbecue some fresh fish we would purchase in the port of Donnalucata. All in all great place to stay"
