"Pros;stayed here for 4 days before the cruise. Location is amazing if you are cruising out of the port. The train station is nearby and we took it to visit Rome. They provide you vouchers for breakfast with three options on where to redeem. This is not a fancy place but it is a bargain for what you pay. We had the mimosa room. "Would not let us check in. We called three separate times first letting him know we would be late due to traffic but he would not take the time to listen, he hung up on is every time. Got to the property to try to talk in person and wouldn’t even answer the intercom. Very rude, we were prepared to get charged for late check in too but didn’t make it in the door and had to drive all over to find another place to stay at 10pm.
