"This boat was really a special find. Its a trawler so more room than a sailboat. The owner, Taylor has been refinishing it, so there are some spots under construction but minor enough not to ruin your stay. The marina is very safe and sea lions keep you company. "Stayed for a week while babysitting our 4 month old granddaughter while her parents worked. very spacious comfortable condo and had everything we needed for a pleasant week. conveniently located to Abbot Kinney. would stay here again!"
