"Had a really great stay at the Stanley hotel. The room we stayed in was quite big for 3 people, the room was clean and the bathroom was a good size. Came with good amenities - fridge, kettle, coffee/tea, tv, wifi, safe etc. Had room service at all hours which was a good amenity. But the star of the show and what makes this hotel amazing was the rooftop floor. A beautiful basically 360 degree view of Athens with the acropolis in sight, which is beautiful at night. The restaurant/bar has amazing food and drinks, and the pool area had lots of sun beds. Food and drinks can be served to the pool which is also good. At times it got very busy but there generally wasn’t the morning rush for a sunbed and we were always able to find one. The breakfast was pretty standard for a breakfast buffet but had a decent selection. The only downside was the location of the hotel as the area doesn’t seem to be the nicest, and would probably not want to go out at night, though the hotel is a minute or two walk from the metro station which takes about 5 mins to get into Syntagma, Plaka and Acropoli. Overall we would recommend staying at the Stanley."

"The Electra is a lovely hotel and it is easy location to cafes and sights. The pool is wonderful and so nice to have on hot days of summer after a busy stomp exploring sights. I highly recommend this hotel... It is pricey, but the breakfast, location, and staff are exceptional and worth the extra cost!"

"The hotel is very nice, the rooms are clean, updated, spacious and comfortable. Our suite was equipped with mini fridge, microwave and dishes. The bed and couch were comfortable. The bathroom was huge and all necessities were provided. The staff was absolutely amazing and helped our large group with transportation arrangements and dining recommendations. The view of the Acropolis from their rooftop bar is spectacular especially at night. Highly recommend The Pinnacle!!!"
