Waking up to these spectacular panoramic views every morning is amazing !

The Villa is a detached five bedroom , five bathroom ,with a games room ( with a double sofa bed , ideal for children) It comfortably sleeps 10 , with the option for the double sofa bed to be used by children in the Games Room . It has its own private pool overlooking the most beautiful Marigot Bay with its Marina.

The architect who designed ‘Villa Bo Lanme’ which means ‘ home by the sea ‘ in Creole, ensured almost every room in the property overlooks the fabulous views.

The property enjoys year round cool breezes, but on still days , there are ceiling fans throughout , air conditioning in all the bedrooms and mosquito screens on every window . Opening the windows with screens on allow the breezes to come through the house , but without the bugs.

There is a vast open plan living area , with a smart Tv for you to enjoy .The Villa has cool marble floors throughout ,including an exceptionally well equipped kitchen , dinning and sitting areas.

There are 5 spacious double bedrooms, 4 en-suite with raindance showers and a separate bathroom serves the 5th double bedroom, and a double sofa bed in the games room, which is suitable for children .swimmers have the benefit of a shower room outside by the pool .

The games room will be a hit with the young at heart , playing table tennis and table football, whilst the less energetic can enjoy the outdoor living experience around the pool.
Also within the games room is a designated work space ,( should a guest require to catch up on work , whilst on vacation !)

The peaceful veranda is wonderful to sit out for breakfast or an evening meal , with spectacular sunsets and the upstairs bedrooms have access to an upper veranda to sit and watch the bay .

During your stay , have a wander around the local marina , arranging scuba driving , fishing , sailing, whale watching ,or taking a water taxi trip. Marigot Bay has wonderful Local restaurants and having happy hour drinks is super relaxing .

Car hire is recommended or taxis can be taken . We can arrange collection from the airport and activities whilst you are on the island . Please request this at the point of booking to aid us in organising this on your behalf .
There is a wealth of activities and places to see all over the island, whilst you are staying in St Lucia, please feel free to ask Pauline and Cornelius , our amazing property managers for help in organising these.

Villa Bo Lanme is ideal for honeymooners, couples ,wanting privacy or family groups / reunions or friends wishing to holiday together.
We stayed in the villa as a couple and then as a family group before purchasing the property from the owner who had it built for his family .

Amazing!
Villa Bo Lanme is a spectacular destination. Every moment was perfect. The Villa is beautiful, clean, well furnished and stocked with all you can imagine. The porch overlooks Marigot Bay and the view is unbelievable. The gardens are gorgeous, we could walk to restaurants, a beach to snorkel, and to the marina to catch a water taxi. Most importantly, Pauline, Cornelius and Lance are incredibly attentive and kind and available every time we reached out. I can’t think of anything we needed or would have done differently. We can’t wait to visit again

Stayed for a week over Christmas. The views are fantastic. House is very spacious and clean. Very nice large pool, great views. I actually saw the literal end of the rainbow go into the water in the bay from the deck. Views of both sunrise and sunset from this house.

60TH BIRTHDAY VACAY
We loved our stay at Villa Bi Lanme! This beautiful place is very spacious (and clean) and so there was plenty of room for our group of 9 adults. It overlooks picturesque Marigot Bay with private and peaceful surroundings. The host and staff were very attentive and responsive. Plenty of helpful information and advice was provided by the owner, Chris and also house manager, Pauline and Cornelius. Moses, our driver, was also available for our land travel needs. Wish we were still there! Highly recommended!

We are a group of six, friends for 57 years! We go away together every few years, and Villa Bo Lanme provided the perfect setting for us to have the best of times. The villa, the location and setting, the owner, and an amazing support staff guaranteed that everything in our ten-day stay was wonderful. The villa is spacious and allows for plenty of spaces to share and to have private, quiet time. The wrap-around terraces offer beautiful views from sunrise to sunset. After our island tours, we are convinced that Villa Bo Lanme - perched above beautiful Marigot Bay - offers the perfect retreat for family and friends.

We loved our stay. The home was clean and the host was very responsive and attentive. Whenever we had an issue, we knew who to reach out to for insight. The driver, Moses, was very kind and patient. Pauline was super helpful and knowledgeable. Chris is well-informed and equips you with everything you need to feel comfortable and safe. I'd stay in the villa again in a heartbeat. The location was ideal and picturesque. In short, my time there was incredible.

Fantastic House. World class view!
From owners to staff everyone was A++. Highly recommended. No need for AC as temp was perfect. Lots of rain, wind, which passed very quickly and back to sunshine. House very spacious and clean with everything we needed. The drive in as an adventure at night. May recommend Taxi if less adventurous. Pool slightly cool, but ocean temp perfect. Snorkeling every day. Nice culture and restaurants.

Incredible views - Fantastic house!
Very easy to book the stay & Chris the home owner, is great with information and quick replies. We booked our rental car through First Choice getting a 4WD Suzuki Jimney along with the extra damage coverage. The drive from Hewanorra airport is a little over an hour. I made the mistake of using Google maps and ended up on really bad back roads. Use the directions that Chris provides! We bought most all of our groceries at CPJ and Massy, which are about a 15 minute drive from the villa. There is also Promise market, but they don't carry any beer or alcohol. Right in Marigot Bay, there is a tiny store at Mygo, but only has the very basics. Mygo bar on the water is really great! Fun place, extremely nice staff and reasonably priced drinks and food. Say hi to Kareem, if you go. JJ's on the East side of the bay is nice and friendly as well. Looks like they had quite the setup, with a swim-up pool bar. Was not happening while we were there - not sure if it was the season, or just not recovered from Covid. There is also Hurricane Harbor restaurant, dockside in Marigot Bay, having really good food and drinks. A little more pricy than Mygo. Pretty much all of the shops in the center are closed - the result of Covid. Villa Bo Lanme was incredibly! Every bit as nice as the photos. The main living room area was much bigger than I thought. We got in our 10K steps a day, just walking in the house! It is extremely clean and up to date. No problems at all during our stay. The salt water pool was perfectly blue and well maintained. There are blooming trees next to the massive pool deck, but we didn't mind swimming with occasional flowers. The outside bathroom has its shower stall filed with rafts and floats for the pool, and 2 additional as we always bring some along. The place is extremely private. Unless the neighbors have a telescope, they're not going to see you. I would say this house has the best overall location and setup in all of Marigot. You have a commanding view of the harbor and all boat traffic in and out. You can also see the Caribbean to the south. All of the windows have very good screens. We had zero problems with any bugs. There are many split-system air conditioners in the house, but with the cross ventilation of the 30 or more windows and 14 ceiling fans, the place stayed nice and cool. Really loved the place, we will be back!!

An Excellent Break
This property is managed very professionally by Pauline & Cornelius and staff are very friendly. Gail came in & cleaned every few days and Lance kept the pool clean. The views of one of the most beautiful bays in the Caribbean are superb and we had a great time. Chris & Liz, thanks for letting us use your villa once again

The best villa with the best views
Everything about this experience was amazing. The booking was easy and the owners accommodating of everything we needed. The property manager, Pauline was great. The views from the veranda are so much better than what a picture can show. It's an amazing place to make memories that will last a life time. Would definitely recommend and would definitely rebook when we return some day!

Beautiful week in Marigot Bay to escape the snow!
Our family of 2 adults and 2 younger teens enjoyed a beautiful week in Marigot Bay after a long winter in New York, USA! It was still snowing at home in April when we left for our much needed family trip to the beautiful island of St. Lucia. The weather was glorious and we enjoyed having the windows open in Villa Bo Lanme for the entire week!! We did not need the A/C. We loved the villa; it was so well equipped for a family vacation and didn't lack anything. The kitchen and laundry rooms were so well stocked which parents (especially) can appreciate. There were plenty of cups, dishes, clothes pins, drying racks, clothes hangers, etc.! That may sound silly, but we have been to many places that did not have those things and it is frustrating on vacation. There were only 4 of us, but the villa could very comfortably hold a much larger group. The view from the villa was absolutely lovely! I've never fancied myself a "boat person" but I could have watched the boats in Marigot Bay for days on end. I tried to count the number of times Doolittle's ferry went back and forth! We saw so many rainbows and birds. The location was also a great starting off point to head north or south and we did both! We took full advantage of our rental car and visited many of the easily accessible sites. The people we met were really the highlight of our trip. Pauline was such a pleasure and so very helpful. Cornelius took us on his water taxis south to Soufriere to the Pitons, beaches, cliff jumping and snorkeling. Moses drove us to the house upon our arrival! It was great to sit back and relax after a long day of travel. He also saved the day on our way home when we forgot an important bag at the villa! Gail kept the place sparkling clean. There were so many kind, interesting and helpful people we met along the way. St. Lucia is a real treasure! Thank you Chris and Liz for sharing your lovely home with us. We would love to visit again.

Amazing vacation!
My husband, friends and I stayed for a week and had a fantastic time! The house is beautiful and well equipped. The location was ideal with breathtaking views from almost every room in the house. Chris was very helpful with ideas, suggestions and detailed information prior to our arrival. Pauline was super helpful and responsive when we arrived at the house and coordinated reservations at Chateau Mygo on our first night. It was delicious! We spent a day with Cornelius on his water taxi and had an amazing snorkeling and beach lunch excursion. Would highly recommend it. Moses drove us to and from the airport and a helped us coordinate a grocery run. He even stopped on the way to the airport so we could grab lunch at Plante’s Place. It was delicious! Other highlights were a kayaking trip with Vanessa at Dive for Helen and a sunset catamaran cruise with Mark and Londie booked through Chateau Mygo. Overall, everyone we met was friendly, helpful and made our vacation a dream trip! Would definitely return.

Beautiful home with great view-highly recommend!
This home was magnificent and the views of Marigot Bay were stunning. Each master bedroom had a view of the Bay - no fighting over the best room in the house! St. Lucia is a beautiful island and has lots to offer - and this property has all the comforts of home! The owner was a wealth of information on dining, travel, and sightseeing and his staff is welcoming and helpful. Special thanks to Pauline for greeting us, Moses for driving all 8 of us around for 6 days and Cornelius for a fabulous day on his water taxi, visiting beaches along the west coast. We enjoyed it so much more because of them!

Fantastic Villa on a Beautiful Bay.
Villa Bo Lanme is a spacious villa located high on the hill at the mouth of Marigot Bay. With a great view of the entire bay as well as the ocean to the east, we had 13 people staying in the villa and we did not feel crowded in. The villa has a large patio and pool area with a nice breeze that kept us cool and we never had any issues with bugs. We did have some brave finches that were very interested in our bread which we thought was quite charming. A walk to the bottom of the hill gives easy access to taxi’s, a small grocery market, a beach and several restaurants. The Villa itself has a very large kitchen and dining areas and full laundry facilities so you don’t have to pack heavy for a longer trip. The property managers are readily available to respond to requests (Like when we locked ourselves out of the poolside bathroom). I would highly recommend staying here as you have access to Rodney Bay and Castries by going north or Soufriere by going south.

The information from Chris was so very helpful and thorough. Msnagers Pauline and Cornelius were wonderful and responsive to our questions. We snorkeled in 3 beautiful sites with Cornelius-an excellent adventure!! We spent lots of time in the pool with assorted floaties. Loads of towels and bed linens with efficient appliances for laundry. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining area is large - seats 12 or more. All in all a beautiful home, lovely grounds, close to the little town, very friendly people!! Our group ranged in age from 15 to 74 - three generations. To a person we all loved the experience!! Amazing Villa with stunning View!!
We traveled with 3 other couples to St. Lucia, so a total of 8 adults. Overall, everyone was incredibly happy and pleased with the trip and thoroughly enjoyed the villa and view of Marigot Bay. The pool was huge with a deck view that was unmatched, and plenty of deck chairs, pool toys, etc. The villa is very well equipped, plenty of beach towels, etc. The 4 bedrooms we used all had ensuite baths, perfect for our needs, all 4 with Bay views. Just amazing! We were there in low season, so very uncrowded everywhere we went, but fairly windy most of the week with rain several days as well. We appreciated all of Chris's (owner) advice, detailed information, and care for us in general. It’s rare with VRBO rentals to have much contact with the owners and get such solid and truly beneficial pre-trip advice. Pauline (villa manager) was delightful and gave us all the information we needed to settle in that first day. I spoke to her almost daily to set up excursions or ask her opinion about certain things. She was most helpful and accommodating. Cornelius was a wonderful resource as well. Very helpful if there was an issue at the house, or anything else. We took 2 trips with him on his boat. One down south for snorkeling, lunch, beaches, etc. and another day up North to Castries, Rodney Bay, etc. His rates were very reasonable and he was informative and delightful to spend the days with on his boat. We did not rent a car, but hired Moses (Pauline arranged thru Chris) for our airport transfers and for a full day up North to Castries, Rodney Bay, the Fort, and a wonderful fish fry. Again, very reasonabily priced for the entire day, and not having to figure out where you're going on a map was wonderful. Driving on St. Lucia was not conducive to relaxing and looked to be difficult and a bit dangerous in our opinion, if you're not familiar with right side steering wheel and driving on the left side of the road. The villa is perched on a very steep road incline, so walking back up to the Villa is great exercise from the Bay. Our boat transport thru Cornelius worked wonderfully for a trip down South to see the Pitons, snorkel, beaches, lunch, etc. We took our own snorkel gear (Thanks Chris) because snorkel gear isn't readily available to rent for the week. Snorkeling was awesome at the 2 marine reserves Cornelius took us to. Such a great trip! I hope we can go to St. Lucia again and would love to stay at your Villa.

Wonderful house, wonderful view, wonderful host
We stayed here with a group of 8 adults and had a wonderful time. Chris is absolutely fantastic about answering any questions and giving you all the info you need before arriving. The house was immaculate and the view was breathtaking. The only "complaint" we had was that the beds/mattresses were very firm, but that could be chalked up to personal preference. The house is equipped with everything and anything you need and it's a fairly quick, fairly easy walk to the bars, restaurants and shops in the bay. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here!

Fabulous Villa with stunning views of Marigot Bay
The pictures do not do this property enough justice. A beautiful home overlooking Marigot Bay. 5 bedrooms each with their own on suite, great shared spaces, a beautiful patio that runs the back of the house overlooking Marigot Bay, and a fantastic pool. We stayed for a week over the 4th of July and enjoyed every minute. The owners provide a phenomenal amount of information on the house, Marigot Bay, and Saint Lucia before arrival. In addition, they maintain a great staff that assist in your stay (a house manager, optional cook, and an optional driver). Will rent this villa again in the future.

Just lived a dream here and still smiling!
Did you ever have a dream of being in a paradise? Well you will surely find a piece of it if you stay at Bay View Villa in Marigot Bay! I’ve just returned from 12 days celebrating a milestone birthday and retirement with 10 family members and friends (ages 16-70) sharing this very spacious, luxurious, clean, safe, comfortable and extremely functional villa. For all of the reviews that have raved about the spectacular and eye-catching views that come with this property from all sides, all I can say is DITTO! And yes, the pool is sensational, along with the fresh tropical breezes while on the balcony overlooking the enchantment of the bay. During our stay we enjoyed a perfect blend of relaxing at the villawhere everyone was free to read, swim, converse, take in the views or whatever one felt like doing , as well as touring about the island from Soufriere to see the Pitons and waterfall, to shopping in the Castries market, to some beach time in Rodney Bay. Marigot Bay itself also had much to offer including some very good restaurants with gorgeous sunset views while dining by the sea, ferry rides over to the beach, and strolls along the boardwalk to admire some impressive water vessels. We did not rent a car but used the services of a regular taxi driver which worked well with our larger group, and our driver Moses could always be counted upon with our pre-arranged times. From the point of inquiry about this vacation property, Chris was very professional and a pleasure to deal with and quick to communicate information, and all of Chris’s staff at the villa offered excellent service. Pauline and Cornelius are lovely people and took great care of all our needs including our first day food provisions since we arrived on a Sunday when grocery stores were closed. And the full day water taxi outing with Cornelius is not to be missed. Gail and Vitalis who provide the cleaning services and pool and garden upkeep are very hard workers and wonderful people. If you were to ask if I would stay here again, my answer would be yes, in a heartbeat, and I very much hope I can plan to stay at Bay View Villa and continue the dream one day. I am so happy I found this place. It was perfect in every way for all of us. You will not be disappointed if you rent this property… the pictures do not lie and it is a 5 star property without a doubt!

Lovely, well-organized, clean, great view.
The villa was immaculate and well laid out. Not only did we have a gorgeous view of the Marigot Bay and the Caribbean on one side but from the front entrance and upper balcony, a view of a cove and the Caribbean. The Beeching's staff was friendly and professional. Pauline greeted us on our arrival from the airport. The maid and gardener/pool man came mid week. The grounds were lovely. We drove less than 5 minutes to a parking lot by the Bay where there were a number of restaurants and a few shops. On the other side of the bay easily reached by a short boat/ferry ride, there were several other restaurants, a few hikes and accommodations. We drove to a number of areas on the island to see interesting sites including the Pitons, a botanical rain forest with mineral baths and an old fort on Pigeon Island with a nice sandy beach and good snorkeling. Very good restaurant on Marigot Bay- Rainforest Hideaway.
