We loved the cleanliness and welcoming spirit from the staff. They bent over backwards to make sure my wife enjoyed her bday weekend at the resort. We upgraded our room to include a plunge pool which was no hassle. We also had a private dinner in the treehouse and a couples massage where the staff was the best. We have decided to go back in 2 years with the children.

To be fair, we went during the off season (September and hurricanes) and it seemed like they were low staffed with low occupancy, but overall the resort is fantastic, with lots of daily activities and we highly recommend Joy’s adventure to the volcano mud baths and waterfall! Definitely worth the trip!!

The staff were all welcoming and very friendly and helpful. It was the perfect place to unwind. The excursion to Joys restaurant and the volcanic mud baths was a must; we loved it.
