"We loved our stay. The location is amazing and so is the service. We really enjoyed the Game Drive, it's a must (we took the combo tour and we loved it). Service was great and food was really good. Dinner was at a very high level. For me, being Vegan, they had a lot to offer which is not common in Namibia. I would highly recommend it. "

"There is a good bit of distance between each of the four tents, so it feels completely private. The setting is beautiful and peaceful. It’s the best of both worlds: the tent is equipped with everything you need for self-catering and braai, but you have the option of eating at the lodge restaurant too. "This was an excellent little place to stay en route to the Fish River Canyon. It was well presented and the breakfast was excellent. Hosts were pleasant. Bed comfortable, lovely new bathroom and decent shower. There isn't much to Mariental but the supper we ate at the restaurant over the road was decent. The entrance to the hotel isn't well signed and if you are foreign, as we are (therefore without a mobile), it was difficult to attract the host's attention to get the gates open. "
