"Very nice staff"

"My friend and I stayed in a private room with two single beds and a private bathroom. Our space was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the ease of checking in/out was so convenient—I wish all places just used access codes. The only thing that may detract is that many of the rooms are underground and don’t have windows, but as a couple of jet lagged Americans we actually found this to be beneficial. "Min upplevelse var över förväntan! Trevlig service inriktad personal. Rent och fräscht. God frukost. Tyst läge, trots det var det nära till shopping, restauranger och caféer. Hotell och vandrarhemmet känns historiskt då det en gång var ett fängelse. Läget perfekt under sommaren med strand nära inpå. Återkommer gärna!"

"Do not stay here. The sinks are falling off the walls, and having food in your room is prohibited (this is a hostel, not a kindergarten). In addition, I felt it would be easy for someone to gain access to my room. It was quite subpar."

"Dockside was a very cozy place in Gamla Stan. The showers were nice and many. The kitchen was small but adequate. Wish the bathrooms were also down below but still not bad. The beds were comfortable and clean."

"Very good communal area and clean. Check in is swift and easy ring buzzer and have a envelope waiting for you upstairs through the secured coded door. Great location 2 minute walk to metro and ferry 5 minute walk highly recommend "
