This beautiful detached chalet for a maximum of 6 people is located approx. 600 meters from the city center of Mariapfarr in Lungau in Salzburgerland, near the ski areas of Fanningberg and Grosseck/Speiereck - Mauterndorf/St. Michael. The chalet offers a living and dining room with an open kitchen and dining table on the first floor as well as access to its own terrace/veranda. There are also 2 spacious bedrooms and a bathroom. On the ground floor there is another bedroom with a stackable bed. The chalet also has a ski storage room and a garden. You can park directly at the chalet. Mariapfarr is a place with a healing climate and one of the sunniest in Austria, but also a true ski paradise; there are the nearby ski areas of Grosseck/Speiereck - Mauterndorf/St. Michael with 50 kilometers of slopes, Fanningberg with 24 kilometers of slopes (both 8 kilometers from the town center), Katschberg-Aineck with 80 kilometers of slopes and Obertauern with over 100 kilometers of slopes. This Lungau holiday resort also offers promising mountain tours, hiking routes, guided ski tours and cross-country ski trails. In summer and winter, the Samsunn Vitality and Wellness Center in Mariapfarr offers lots of bathing fun and relaxation! During their stay from June 1st to October 31st, all guests receive the Lungaucard free of charge (except school classes). This is a discount card that gives you free access to the cable cars, swimming pools, museums and much more! You can collect it upon arrival at the tourist office in Mariapfarr.

Das Haus ist alt und renovierungsbedürftig. Der Strom fällt aus, eine Steckdose summte. Die Sülmaschine spült schlecht. Auf der Terrasse ragen Holzsplitter aus den Holzdielen. Der Fernseher funktioniert nicht.

Het chalet heeft niet die charmante Oostenrijkse inrichting, het is wat oud en rommelig ingericht, maar het is van alle gemakken voorzien en het heeft veel opbergruimte en extra's zoals spelletjes en zeer uitgebreide keukeninventaris. Keukenlinnen is zeer karig met maar 1 theedoek en 1 vaatdoek en een handdoekenpakket bestaat uit 1 grote en 1 kleine handdoek. Voor een week is dit erg weinig

Het huisje is prachtig gelegen. Mooie wandelingen direct vanuit het huisje. Ook op wandelafstand van het dorp, met restaurants en een supermarkt. Het huisje was in orde. Er is wat onderhoud nodig, zoals de zonwering, loszittende kraan en koelkast waarvan het vriesvak niet goed sluit met ijsvorming tot gevolg. Goed uitgeruste keuken. Prima douche en bad. Als adres kregen wij op Bergweg in Mariapfarr. Onze navigatie kende die straat niet. Moet dan ook zijn Bergstrasse.

Wir waren zu viert, aber das Haus ist nur für 2 Erwachsene. Die beiden anderen 'Schlafzimmer' sind winzige Räume mit Stockbetten, bestenfalls für Kinder. Auch keine Waschmaschine. Für 2 ist das Haus sehr angenehm, gute Küche, schöne Terasse, Super-Lage. Einige Kleinigkeiten (Ausfall Warmwasser, defekte Tür zum Schlafzimmer, durchgesessenes Sofa) sollten repariert werden.

The cottage has pleased us fine. You will be left alone and "at night you hear nothing. You come to rest. The setting is beautiful and the castle in Mauterndorf is worth a visit. Runs" summer on weekends a narrow gauge steam train that you can drive it. The Liechtenstein we have visited during our stay.

Lungau
The cottage was recently renovated. It looked fine. There were still some bugs. When we got inside the house was not heated. It was long before there was some heat and the heaters were not enough to heat the house. Fortunately we found that a pair of heaters for the rest of the comfort caused. Downstairs is a bedroom with shower room. This was not really cleaned. It was full of dead bugs and there were still some very large spiders. The next day everything was neat clean. Furthermore, there is the smoke that bedroom and the hall very oil. A pervasive air throughout the holiday continued hangen.Na use the first time the stove broke an off button. So a pit could not get out. With hey stop the expansion of the problem was solved. They would come to make but that is in the Christmas week, no more successful. Furthermore, it was a wonderful cottage. Serves 6 (2 adults, 4 children) fine to stay. Unique location and close to the ski resorts. Nice people and a simple kitchen with nice food.We definitely go back sometime
