"This is a reasonably nice place and when we first arrived we were quite impressed with the appearance and the location high up on the hill above the town but when we headed to the reception area we were greeted by the most unfriendly woman. A woman in her mid 40s (Frau Svetluse) spoke to me in German and told us we were much too early to check in and had to return at 2 pm. She also assured me we had a room that would work with my disability (I walk with crutches). She basically chased us...

"Owner doesn't speak much English- but a lovely lady. The apartment is a little confusing to access, and not the best condition. But the actual apartment is very comfy, ideal, clean, and homely. The bedroom is perfect with lovely views, and the bathroom has a big bath with seated area. I was happy with my stay, but I thought the heating being on all of the time was not very good for the environment, as it was too hot too. Very near the ice rink and swimming pool 2 min walk.
