"My wife, two daughters and I had a great stay. The apartment is well equipped and modern, also very cozy. We don't mind a smaller space so this fit our needs well. The loft bed is comfy and private. The sofa was comfortable per our daughters. We loved the location. Make sure to message the host before your arrival to retrieve the key. It's located in a lock box a few blocks away on the exterior of the building. The host got back with any questions promptly. Overall, A for us. "

"It's a very nice traditional French apartment, that you enter through a courtyard. The neighborhood is very nice, lots of restaurants and everything else. "This was our first time to Paris and we loved our visit. The garden apt was spacious and really fit the needs of our family of 5. We felt very secure in the apartment. Thank you for letting us leave the luggage early on check-in day and late on check-out day. Thanks to helpful reviews, we figured out that we needed to use the key fob to unlock the main gate/doors. There are two outside gates that looks the same, you need to use the gate on the left to enter this apt. Overall we enjoyed our stay...

"As others have written, the apartment is as good or better than the photos. It was comfortable for two couples and had space for more. The location is excellent, both for the Marais, and for enjoyable walking over to the Left Bank. It’s thoughtfully decorated too. All in all, a great place. "

"Literally 50 yards from the Rue Cler, with the greatest cafes and restaurants and markets! Oh, the food! Wow! About 100 yards from the metro! 10 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower! The place itself was quaint, older, as one might imagine in a 300 year old building, comfortable, and everything worked! Olivier, the manager, was a most excellent host, who gave great counsel on how to use everything in the apartment, which included the keys, the washer/dryer combo, the TV and cable, the WiFi, etc!...

Je trouve assez décevant qu’en arrivant les fenêtres aient été laissées ouvertes et que l’appartement soit frigorifié . Qu’il n’y ait aucune bouteille d’eau dans l’appartement est un peu cheap au prix payé et décevant après un long moment en avion et le décalage etc.j’ecrirais davantage mais il n’y a plus de place !"
