Nestled into a private road of 10 acres in the charming hamlet of Halcottsville, NY is SPACECRAFTX 1, a transformed single wide trailer with walls of glass sliders that showcase the majestic view of bordering trees x mountain vista views. SCX1 has an expansive deck which doubles the interior x is flanked by a Japanese rock garden at the front x a 60ft perennial garden of lilies, roses x peonies, an evolving color theater of time at the back. A perfect romantic hideaway for 2 or a couple w/ kids.

PRIVACY x NATURE are the key elements of the simple life that upstate offers x SPACECRAFT 1 embodies that ideal. The airy space is comfortable to host 4 guests but is ideal for the couple who wants to get away from the city or the writer looking to complete their next screenplay. Also friendly size for a couple with children.

Halcottsville has been marked as one of the most charming secrets of the Catskills Mountains x is a small hamlet centered around a lake with a magical tree growing in the center. A walking distance from SC1 is Susan's Pleasant Pheasant Farm which offers kayak x bike rentals. They also have a secret swimming hole perfect for dips on hot days. Add some culture into your stay by visiting "The Porch" a unique boutique gallery with a rotation of installations x art exhibits. Halcottsville is also the home for the popular PAKATAKAN Farmers Market every Saturday located at the Red Round Barn at the entrance to town.
