Cozy Getaway Apartment in the heart of Margaretville in the Catskill Mountains

Binnekill Getaway Apartment has a hunting lodge feel, including taxidermy! located in the heart of Margaretville Village, yet it's quiet, clean and cozy inside, overlooks the Binnekill stream with views of the mountains, and there is a deck over the Binnekill stream where you can sit and relax outside.
We're located in close walking distance to all the amenities, grocery store, restaurants and shopping, outdoor activities and the Trailways bus stop. There's plenty to do close by such as Golf, hiking, skiing, kayaking, shopping, bowling, fishing, antiquing and wedding venues. You can stay in and cook or enjoy the cafes and restaurants right in town.
It's a great location for those that want to get away to the mountains but still want to be close to everything, you don't even need a car to enjoy your time here in our little mountain town.

Across the stream is the free parking lot and the East Branch Delaware River, behind The Freshtown Grocery store is the pavilion where you can use the coal BBQ's and picnic benches or just walk along the area for a little nature without going far at all.

*The Kitchen has a four burner stove with an oven, a microwave, coffee pot, full refrigerator, crockpot, and all the basic utensils.
*The Living area has a kitchen table for four, two couches and love seat, one of the couches is a pullout bed as well. There is T.V with cable and wifi.
*The Bathroom has a sink and shower with a tub to relax or wash up the kids.
*The upstairs sleeping loft has a comfy king size bed, a twin bed, recliner and enough room to put out another twin mattress on the floor. There is also two dressers and a closet.
