Townhouse 212 is perfectly situated for those wanting a spacious, modern and secure townhouse close to Margaret River town centre. Furnished with deluxe comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, large dining table with seating for 6 in the downstairs TV lounge area. A well designed complex of 7 secured with an electronic gate, private garage and once inside you wouldn't know you had any neighbours. Very spacious and two big living areas, reverse cycle air conditioner and heated blankets. Huge bathrooms and 5 star linen and towels. 2 big tv's, great outdoors and big BBQ.
No school leavers bookings please.

Guests have exclusive use of the house. Pricing is based on the number of guests and linen and towels are included.

We live locally but not on site. We are happy to assist via phone/ email during your stay.

Townhouse 212 is in an awesome location one street back from the main strip. Short stroll to restaurants (closest being Swings), gift shops, tourist centre, supermarkets and everything else town centre has to offer.
Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am
This a no-smoking property.
No Pets allowed.
No School Leavers
Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
Tents, boat, campers, caravans, swags, sleeping bags are not permitted on or to be used at the property during a booking.
The bins are collected on Thursday morning. Please make sure the bins are ready by the side of the road on a Wednesday night.
Properties are professionally cleaned prior to your booking but please note that prior to your departure you are required to:
Put all furniture back in original positions
All dishes are to be cleaned, dried and put back in their appropriate places.
All food and rubbish removed and put in the external bins.
BBQ gas turned off after use.
Ovens – food removed and wiped.

Excellent location

You can't fault the location, one street back from the main drag with a gate at the bottom of the driveway to access shops and cafes. The unit itself is dated and in need of maintenance and would suit a family that doesn't want pristine accommodation. Definitely wouldn't recommend for families with young toddlers as the staircase is quite steep and doesn't have handrails. Plus the upstairs is a mezzanine with 2 bedrooms while the main bdrm is downstairs. Young children would have to be supervised at all times upstairs, as the balcony can be a falling hazard for young climbers. Also the ensuite is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues as the shower is over a deep bath and can be quite difficult to get in and out of. It could probably benefit from having a non-slip mat in the bath as it does get quite slippery. The kitchen was well appointed and there are plenty of games and some toys to keep kids occupied. Overall, an enjoyable stay.

What more can I say?

At the end of the holiday I asked the family what they thought- Wife: "Very good - the Townhouse is so close to everything!" 1st child: "Very comfortable and very luxurious Townhouse and so spacious!" 2nd child: "Very fun with so many board games and books!" 3rd child: "Can we stay here again next time please?" What more can I say? Thank you Tina and Steve for the Townhouse - we have had a terrific holiday despite the Pandemic! Hopefully we will be back soon.

Great place to stay

This property was perfect for what we needed. The location is great, on a quiet backstreet a short walk from the shops and restaurants. There are 2 sitting areas so great if you have kids. The outside area is small but plenty of room to sit 6 people around the table and have a barbecue. The kitchen has all the equipment and utensils you need and there is a Nespresso machine! A lovely place with plenty of room, clean and comfortable. Just what we needed.

Comfortable, spacious space, awesome location

Very comfortable and perfectly spacious for small family. Really Awesome location in Margaret river town - restaurants, grocery stores and shops all walking distance- but also conveniently located as a base to explore nearby vineyards/beaches/playgrounds. Host provided all the amenities one would need for normal day to day needs - there were even good puzzles and some kids books/ toys. Beds were comfortable and even had heating pads- which came very useful the first night when the temperature was quite chilly. The bathrooms have heating lamp and strong shower pressure Really truly enjoyed our stay here. Can’t wait to come back.

Great central location

Well furnished property in a great location just off Bussell Hwy. A short walk to shops and Swings Taphouse restaurant is just through the back gate - leave your car behind! Minor problem with electrical fault was quickly sorted by the property managers - thanks guys.

Beautiful spacious townhouse!

The townhouse is exactly as described and looks on the website. Very spacious, clean, and a very well equipped kitchen. A very short walk to cafes restaurants, couldn't ask for a better location. Whisper quiet meant that we were able to relax when we were there. Beds extremely comfortable, and linen very clean.

The house was also centrally located in the heart of Margaret River. I would highly recommend people visiting Margaret River to stay at Townhouse 212. It sleeps 6 people comfortably (2 sets of couples and 2 singles).

We loved staying at Townhouse 212. Having not actually stayed in Margs, when we have been down south, the location of the townhouse was awesome. So close to everything. The house is well kept and very clean. The separate living areas would be fabulous for those with older children or two couples sharing the house. Having two small children, it was good to see that there was a decent portacot & highchair available for use as well as some children's games.We would definitely stay here again.
