We had a lovely time at Higgins Lane for 4nights in November. Firstly it is a great location,within walking distance to restaurants,pubs and shopping. Secondly the staff is very accommodating and very friendly. There were a couple of things needing replacing in the room and it was seen to quickly with no issues. Thirdly the room itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfy ,bathroom very clean and having the use of kitchenette facilities made our stay very enjoyable. Booking an accommodation site unseen from Canada can be nerve wracking but we had no worries and would recommend this motel without hesitation. Also the Wifi was excellent too.

The location is excellent, right in the middle of Margaret River township and an easy walk to shops, cafes, restaurants, galleries. Not flash but easy access, clean and comfortable and absolutely lovely, welcoming staff. Everything you need. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic stay at Higgins Lane Motel was pleasantly surprised with size of the room and had booked a twin bed room however we were assigned to a room with a king size bed very comfortable stay..

The place was nice good set up. Shame the cleaner left my room unlocked and glass sliding door open, so it was just the fly screen door. That was annoying to come back to that.

Attended a wedding at Margaret River and would’ve had only 45 mins to get ready between 2pm check in and bus pick up at 2.45. Hotel allowed us to arrive and check in early giving us plenty of time and no stress. This was much appreciated. Very friendly staff and great service and location. Would stay again.
