The Green Room is a beautifully appointed, private, self contained King Suite. It is located in an ideal part of Margaret River between the township, beaches and wineries on a beautifully kept hectare property. The Green Room has been thoughtfully created to provide guests with a sense of privacy and seclusion. A wood screened courtyard with views of the tree tops and outdoor seating to enjoy surrounds the suite. Inside is light and spacious with a comfortable king bed and quality linen. The room has a well equiped kitchenette complete with fridge and microwave as well as an ensuite bathroom. Enjoy satellite free to air TV and wifi. Stay comfortable in this room all year round with ductless heating and electric blanket as well as air conditioning. Set on a beautiful property along with a main residence and a Naturopathy and Massage Therapy Practice for you to indulge in by appointment, it makes for the perfect quiet retreat away for couples or singles. Worth a trip around the globe!
We travelled all the way from NYC and it was worth the distance! Chelsea and Glen were incredible hosts and the property was private and beautiful. The room was located so close to the scenic Caves Rd which took us to all the beautiful stops in the south west!Thank you!

This is a perfectly equipped and beautifully presented place to stay. Super comfortable huge bed. Quiet and great neighbourhood location - I enjoyed running on the lovely shady path that leads towards Margaret River in the mornings and walking to Xanadu for lunch. Very welcoming but private too.
