"This was our best experience of hotel hospitality that we have ever had the pleasure of receiving. Rishav and his house keeping team were so thoughtful and kind. Ravi is a true gentleman and an excellent pool bar supervisor and Mukesh is incredibly hard working and attentive. Our biggest shout out goes to Sangeeta. This woman is incredible and she made our stay first class. She is incredibly thoughtful, kind, humanistic, respectful, reliable and responsive. We will definitely return again and again and again. "The staff are all absolutely amazing, so friendly and polite. The hotel is exceptionally clean. They go out of their way to help you. The breakfast was fabulous, so many varieties to cater for all and again the staff serve your every need. The only, very minor point I have is the bathroom, the layout is a bit odd and the shower doors have a gap which means water leaks out all over the bathroom."

"Acess to private beach. We had a chalet near to sea so it was nice experience. Food options in tje restaurant is having limited choice. They shoud introduce or give oprions for more authetic south indian dishes. Over all it was good "

"We stayed at Taj Cidade Horizon and it is a gorgeous hotel with a modern decor offering expansive views of the Arabian Sea. It has a small private beach which is lovely but no big waves as it is in a bay. We loved swimming in the warm sea waters. The hotel also has a couple of different pools and our favourite was the infinity pool on the 10th floor overlooking the sea. The staff is fantastic and they really add soul to this place. They treated us like family and were always so insistent on arranging things for us like packing up some fruits when we were checking out, remembering all our food preferences and even customizing foods to our taste. Special mention to the restaurant staff Sujatha, Rakesh, Krishnakant and Ritu who were always cheerful "
