The No. 3: modern, bright, renovated, dwtn condo w/ outdoor lounge space

The No. 3 is a sleek, modern, condo in the heart of Downtown Marfa. This building was gut-renovated in 2017 after sitting empty (for sale) for over a decade and now houses a mix of uses from residential to office space. This unit has a prime location right in the core of Downtown Marfa next to Mutual Friends Coffee Shop, Alta Marfa Tasting Room, and one block from The Chinati Wool Building, JUDD Art Studio, Highland Avenue retail, and Hotel Paisano. The Sentinel, Marfa Spirit Company, Hotel Saint George, Marfa Wine Company, Planet Marfa, Para LLevar, and Hotel Saint George are all within a few blocks!

The No. 3 is the center unit of our building and does not share any amenities with neighbors. It has two privacy walled porches, high ceilings, a marble bathroom, black concrete floors, and is furnished with a mix and modern and vintage. We provide luxury linens, premium kitchen accoutrements, and upscale bath products. BBT Fiber Internet, 65" Samsung SmartTV and full size washer and dryer in the unit!

The bedroom has a king size bed (new in 2024) and settee with direct access to the back patio. The living area has sofa that folds into a twin bed, a desk and bistro table. The privacy walled entry patio has a lounge area with corner sofa and chair.

This place was excellent! Located walking distance from shopping and great places to eat.
I loved how easy it was to resrerve and once we arrived how easy it was to access. The small apartment was perfect for us! I'm sure we'll rent the next time we come down!

Great location in Marfa!
This was a perfect place to stay for a visit to Marfa. Less than a mile walk to the El Cosmico venue and central to several great shops and restaurants in town. Very clean and nicely decorated as well.

Awesome little spot in the heart of Marfa
We used this condo as a launch point for many things we did in the area including McDonald Observatory. It’s a lovely little place outfitted nicely. Bring your drip coffee, tea and snacks and enjoy!

We very much enjoyed our stay in the tastefully decorated and efficiency of the place. I suggest a microwave, and some small cooking pans (there was only one large pan and multiple frying pans). We can totally recommend it.

Long Weekend in Marfa
We have been coming to Marfa for years. We had never stayed at this property but had an absolutely lovely time. Great location, well appointed—it had everything we needed. And it is pet friendly, so we could have our two little ones along. We will be back!

Great experience! Fast Wi-Fi, close to downtown, right next to a very cool coffee place. Very private, clean, modern, and generally comfortable condo with all the amenities, including washer/dryer. Easy parking. Highly recommended and will stay there again next time for sure.

Clean and comfortable apartment in excellent location.
Access to the apartment was easy and the location couldn’t be more central. The place is cute and comfortable. I like to cook and was able to cook meals with a little help from Lauren who was very responsive to any questions. You can’t go wrong with this rental.

Marfa!
As a solo traveler, this was the perfect accommodation for me and my small dog. Anything you could possibly need was tucked away in this property. The historic Hotel Paisano was right around the corner and I was steps away from many of the shops in Marfa. Check in was quick and easy. Access is a breeze. Parking immediately outside the front door. Loved having both a front and back patio for the dog. Just perfect!

Amazing New Years Vacation
The entire process from booking, checkin, questions that we had, checkout process was perfect. Property was perfect and just as shown in pictures and details. Loved the layout and very cozy. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cooking stuff and more. Bedroom was comfortable and lone split heater/ac was able to heat the entire unit within 4-6 hours and stayed comfortable the entire stay. Bathroom and shower area is big and can accomodate more than one person, rain shower head was heavenly. Patios, didn't use since we were out and about in town or Big Bend NP, but couch looks comfy. Overall home was in a quiet neighborhood, no barking dogs and was able to sleep in.

Photos looked like 2 bedroom. Pullout couch in kitchen was too small for an adult. No paper towels or coffee. We were surprised it was only one bedroom. No dishwasher soap. Expensive for one Bedroom. Someone left booze minis in the couch/pullout. It felt dirty.

Great Location
The location of this property is perfect! Takes about 4-11mins to walk to pretty much any of the bars/restaurants and it’s two doors down from Frama so it’s perfect to get a morning coffee. The kitchen is well stocked, just make sure to bring spices and oils or butter if you’re planning on cooking! Bathroom was stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. A few things to keep in mind: The front living space is much smaller than it looks in the photo. The bed and pillows were not comfortable for either one of us staying there (mattress is very firm). Also the shower walls and door have a few leaks so the bathroom floor and the carpet in front of the toilet were soaked every time either one of us got out of the shower. Overall we enjoyed our stay because of the location and easy accessibility to everything in town.
