Had a great time at the festival. Elsie was amazing. Gets right back to you and answers the phone promptly. No issues or problems. Elsie even gave all the hot spots and best places to eat around town by her recommendation. She did not disappoint with her recommendations. Enjoyed the room and town. Thank you Elsie.
