"Enjoyed our stay. It was a perfect little spot, but I did not notice when I booked it that there is actually not a kitchen. I had brought food to cook, but that did not work! There is a small room that looks like a converted laundry room that has a coffee bar, a tiny fridge (about 1/2 the size of my dorm room frige) and a microwave. "We stayed here for a weekend away with friends for a Hawkeye football game. Price was fair, owner was easy to reach and responded to questions about places nearby to eat after a long drive. Three bathrooms, 3 bedrooms with linens provided was great for less to pack. Neighborhood is a little run down but don't let that deter you from this home! We would stay here again."

It had 3 bedrooms with queen sized beds in each room. Mattresses were comfortable - my daughter commented it was the best sleep she has had in her whole life (she’s 11).
