"Bei diesem Objekt handelt es sich um die Hälfte von einem alten Gebäude. Es wurde renoviert, wenn auch nicht immer durchdacht. In der anderen Haushälfte wohnt eine Familie mir Kindern. Das Haus ist Teil von einem Weiler und im Grünen (Haselnüssen und Landwirtschaft). Die anderen Häuse des Weilers sind jedoch neu und zum Teil noch im Rohbau. Wir hatten keine Bautätigkeiten. "Property was just as listed. It was very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. Elena met us as we drove up and explained everything to us about the property. Had a wine tasting in the cellar of the house and we were very impressed with the whole affair. Would recommend the property to anyone wanting to visit the area."

"We stayed for just one night with our 5 adult children. The communication with Simone and Marco was excellent, check in/out was very easy. Everything we needed (kitchen/bedrooms/bathrooms) was supplied. Each room had its own AC unit which made it very comfortable in the summer heat. I wish we were there for more than one night!"

"Massimo was a pleasure to deal with from my first inquiry through to the end of the stay. The house is very homely and rustic with all the amenities you could need. We explored the region during our stay and were very happy with the location. The views from the property are spectacular and the veranda and outdoor space were the perfect place to relax. Das Objekt ist ca 50 Meter von einer Hauptverkehrsstrasse entfernt und direkt dahinter ist eine grosse Baustelle, auf der ab 7 Uhr morgens Rammarbeiten stattfanden. Wir haben uns aufgrund der Lautstärke und der Moskitos hauptsächlich drinnen aufgehalten. Die Terrasse ist auch so zugewachsen, das man nur in den Garten schauen kann. "We stayed at this semi private appartment for 4 nights. It was lovely, beautiful and serene. The house has everything we wanted and the nature surrounding was astonishing. We made an evening walk every evening in the surrounding forrest. The area has a lot to offer, from the barolo region to the finale ligurie beach, all with in an our reach.
