"The property is a little difficult to find as the town restricts signage. There is a small sign near the door with is on the main street. The office is located on the send floor which can be reached by an elevator. The staff was extremely helpful, and the hotel is located in the center of town making everything very convenient. All the cleaner did was to make the bed. Never cleaned anything, I forgot to flush toilet and found it the same. Dust on the floor, bed cover had stains on it, clean towels not given and no toiletries replaced. Vincenzo was excellent and gave me so much needed advice. "The reviews are correct..there are 3 flights of stairs to get to the hotel. Once you are up there, it is quite nice. The staff are friendly and helpful. My room had a huge balcony but the thinnest bathroom. Hard to sit down if you know what I mean. Breakfast was fine. Easy walk from the train station. The neneighborhood does not look great but only a few blocks to the town center....beautiful. Catania is a lovely city and Bmode is a good place to stay to explore."
