Çalışanların güler yüzü alakası olsun güzel bir butik otel deneyimi beklentinize göre durum değişecektir fakat biz üç kız arkadaş çok keyif aldık güvenle uyuduk irtibat kurduğumuz çalışanlar erkek olmasına rağmen bir aile ortamı vardı bu yüzden hiç korkmadık çekinmedik herhangi bir sorunda hemen gelip çözdüler çok teşekkür ederiz o kadar güven verdiler ki çıkış yapıp rica ettik bizi kırmadılar eşyalarımızı lobiye emanet edip gezip gün sonunda oradan alarak havalimanına geçtik bir daha geleceğimize eminiz

Kahvaltı yok. Oda içinde banyo ve lavabo teşhir halindesiniz . Klima ve temizlik iyi . Otopark sıkıntı. Ama eski Mardin'de otopark zaten full sıkıntı.

Tam bir aile oteli.Çok sıcak karşılandık. Çalışanlar müşteri memnuniyetine fazlasıyla önem veriyorlar. Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Kesinlikle on numara beş yıldız bir butik otel.Daha iyi bir odada kalalım diye iznimizi alarak seçtiğimiz odayı bile değiştirdiler.Konum olarak eski Mardinde, tarihi turistik yerlere yürüme mesafesinde ve manzarası harika. Çay ikramları var ve danıştığımız her konuda çok yardımcı oldular. Teşekkürler siltos otel.
