And most of the place we visited were only 30 mins drive away. "We have just returned home from a wonderful 5 night stay in Beussent. The village is lovely and peaceful with a lovely stream running through. The house itself was great, a little small upstairs and I did feedback that they should advertise bedroom 2 as interconnecting. This is ideal for families with smaller children but with 3 teenagers - not ideal. The downstairs space and garden was perfect. We visited Montreuil many times and beautiful Le Touquet. Would 100% return and the weather was HOT!"

"The caravan was a lovely size for 4, was clean, comfortable and functional. We didn’t use any of the facilities on site as we were mostly out. The check in and check out was fluid considering the staff don’t speak much English. The area has nothing rally to do so you either need the car or the train to get out and do things. "We had a fantastic holiday. The gite was perfect for our family of 4 and our sons enjoyed playing in the garden and on the swings. The decoration is really nice, especially all the detail in the bedrooms! We visited Bagatelle Parc which was a full day of fun. We arrived on a Sunday evening and shops are closed in France. A welcome pack with a few essentials would be appreciated. Listing on VRBO advised that towels were provided, none in the gite, not even a tea towel for drying up. "We stayed here for a couple of nights to break up a long drive back to northern England from Burgundy. We left wishing we had longer as the area is beautiful, clean, quiet and the same could be said for the accomodation. The hosts were very welcoming and despite the language barrier due to our poor French, they gave us some great recommendations for our stay.
