Town Center Mall, the Esplanade, shopping and restaurants and the new Veterans Park are all within .75 miles and easily walkable. Our property has everything you need for a Marco Island Vacation retreat. This spacious 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath waterfront canal home has multiple living areas, a large (seasonally heated) pool within a screen-enclosed lanai, outside deck and a large private dock for fishing or sunbathing and many amenities for the beach. This is a great location for a Vacation destination. The home features a roomy, fully equipped, eat-in kitchen with Stainless steel appliances and plenty of places to relax and hang out in the sitting areas. Almost every gathering room provides you with direct waterfront views. The dining table seats 6 people comfortably. The large lanai is well suited for sunny poolside breakfasts, comfortable shade in the evening for dinners, or just relax by the pool throughout the day. The bedrooms include the master bedroom suite with a king-size bed, large private bathroom, large closet, and a walkout entrance and view of the lanai, pool and canal. The second bedroom features a king-size bed; the third bedroom features two twin beds while the fourth bedroom has a queen bed. Free WiFi and Basic Cable and Free Ruko TV Channels, pool toys, beach chairs, and pool and beach towels, a pack and play, 2 restaurant style high chairs and child booster seat, washer and dryer complete the amenities within the vacation rental property. Additional Amenities & Marco Island Attractions: various species of fish can be caught off the dock, snook lights and a cleaning station are highlights available to you. If you prefer, drive over to the warm, white sandy beaches and waters of the Florida Gulf via three public beach access locations just minutes away. Yes, you can bring your boat ( but there is no trailer parking allowed) or you can rent one nearby With easy access to the Gulf under one bridge with 14' vertical clearance - you can enjoy the clear, beautiful waters of the Gulf within minutes, or you can boat over to a terrific waterside restaurant for lunch or dinner. All of this can be done right from the back yard and dock.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS:
1. It is unlawful for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence.
2. Maximum overnight occupancy is 8 people
3. There is a ZERO TOLERANCE for partying, loud music and noise which disturbs our neighbors.
4. Rental Agreement -Tenants agree to the terms of the rental agreement upon booking. A copy of the agreement with the specifics of the reservation will be sent for tenants records. Signatures are assumed when booked.
4. Boat and Boat Trailer Parking:
We welcome you bringing your boat with you as we have a large dock with cleats you can tie up to however, it is important you understand the City of Marco Ordinance on Boat and Boat Trailer Parking. We do not have an enclosed facility for you to park your trailer in therefore you are not able to park your trailer at our house and would need to make other arrangements for storage.

Section 6 Supplemental Standards and Regulations
9-Boat and boat trailer parking:
(a) The parking of a boat and boat trailers is prohibited except as follows:
1) When boat or boat trailer is parked within the confines of a fully enclosed structure such that it cannot be seen from any abutting property, public way or waterway.
2) On a temporary basis, not to exceed eight (8) hours, for the purpose of loading, unloading and cleaning.
3) When moored, berthed, or stored on an approved boat docking facility.
b) The display of a boat for sale is prohibited
The largest of the 'Ten Thousand Islands,' Marco Island is six miles long and four miles wide, and boasts some 50 locally owned and operated restaurants offering cuisines of all tastes. There is live theater, eat in Cinemas, Miniature Golf, Tennis, Racket ball and wonderful playgrounds. Although during peak season January - May the Marco Island Golf Courses are for members only, Naples, just a short 20-minute drive north boasts great Luxury and Budget friendly courses open to the public.

Early check ins are subject to availability and must be pre-authorized.
All late checkouts are subject to availability and must be pre authorized. Late checkout charges: $75.00 per hour prorated for hours 1 and 2. Anything beyond two hours an additional daily rate seasonally adjusted is charged. Tenant must pay for late checkouts at time of booking. Any late checkout requests not paid for in advance will be deducted from the property damage/security deposit. Unauthorized late checkouts will result in a late checkout charge of one additional daily rate and deducted from the property damage/security deposit.
Marco Island continues to grow and develop. Our neighborhood has developed over the last few years and continues as there are still a few vacant lots. Owners have no control over any noise or construction happening in the area. We will be happy to answer any questions about our property. ALL reservations will be booked and payments will be made through the VRBO Payment processing system.
