Outdoor enthusiasts can hike, kayak, surf, play tennis, fish, bike, sail, or simply take a day trip to the wildlife park. For more conservative and laid back types, movie theaters, stores, and sumptuous restaurants are all just a short walk away.

By staying at the French Village, you can experience and enjoy all the pleasures Marco Island has to offer without giving up the convenience of condo living. Take advantage of all the amenities the property has to offer, which include a large private pool, spa, screened lanai with southwest exposure, sun deck, putting green, covered parking space, shuffleboard, barbecue grill, and picnic area.

This beautifully remodeled and decorated unit is just a stones throw from the beaches, movie theater, shopping and dining.

The unit offers a spacious floor plan with a screened in balcony, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit, WIFI in the unit, heated pool and tile floors.

There is a queen bed in the master bedroom, twins in the guest bedroom and a sleeper sofa for over night guests. The condo is a 2 week minimum.

Spring and Summer specials, rent one week get the second week free. Must be consecutive weeks as the condo is a 14 day minimum. Rates have already been discounted to reflect pricing

Quiet Retreat
This condo is in a perfect location...close to shops, restaurants, the beach! Renting in Dec assured less crowds and more quiet which is what we were seeking. The positives of the condo-matched the listing, very little wear/tear and plenty of space, lots of closet space, kitchen well stocked, nice screened-in patio, wonderful and clean pool maintained daily, pleasant neighbors. Some suggestions-cleaning not the best...but we are somewhat meticulous, especially during COVID-times. Bathroom floors and kitchen floors not as clean as expected. No towel rack in master bath sink. If you own Roku/Kindle Fire take it as not a “smart TV”. Some issue with WiFi before checkin, but Nicki was very responsive with the owner to resolve quickly which we appreciated! Overall an excellent choice on Marco Island!
