This house is managed by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make to VRBO is only the VRBO service fee. Once you have successfully completed the booking; you will be contacted from an MIRP rental agent for the rest of the payment. Preferred Payment method is by Check. If you would like to pay by credit card there is an extra 2.5% fee which will be added to your rental. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out prior to arrival

This beautifully remodeled end-unit condo is located on the top floor of South Seas Tower 4, offering picture-perfect sunset views from the large balcony and sunrise vistas from the kitchen balcony.

The master bedroom suite features a king bed with balcony access and a walk-in shower with large double sinks. The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, and its bathroom, equipped with a walk-in shower, is conveniently situated just outside the entry. The living room contains a sleeper sofa bed suitable for children. Free Wi-Fi and HD Channels

EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

Registration fee is $100.00 which comes with one parking pass.
If there's more than one car, each car pays $100.00.
Fees are collected in the office of South Seas Tower 3.

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTLY RESERVATION it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
We DO NOT make exceptions for COVID.
