When you book this third-floor condo, you are granted access to fantastic on-site amenities, including hot tubs, two outdoor pools, a dock, two tennis courts, and an on-site restaurant (Dolphin Tiki Bar & Grill).
Ride the elevator up to the third floor and discover your home away from home. As you enter, you are greeted by an open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. The carpeted living room invites you to spread out comfortably after a refreshing time in any of the outdoor pools - read an entertaining book, watch a fun DVD, or a thrilling show on the TV with cable. The living room opens onto an enclosed balcony with a loveseat and a small desk with a printer. When mealtime comes, whip up a delicious homemade treat for the crew in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with all the essentials. Sleeping arrangements include a main suite with an en suite bathroom and a second bedroom that can be accessed through the balcony. Additional perks include free WiFi and two beach chairs.
This condo boasts a convenient location near restaurants, fishing charters, marinas, supermarkets, Marco Island Farmer's Market, and must-visit attractions, including the public beach, South Beach, Marco Island Center for the Arts, Marco Island Brewery, Cape Romano Dome House (accessible by charter boat or kayak), Tigertail Beach, and Esplanade Shoppes (upscale shopping).

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

This retreat requires an HOA registration to be completed and submitted back to the HOA before arrival to have access to the amenities. Failure to register will result in no access to the amenities

Dock details:
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
