Is it possible to have too much of a good thing? You’ll find out at Anglers Cove. This 900 square foot, 2nd floor, two-story cabana-style condo sleeps six, with one king bed, two sleeper sofas, and two bathrooms. It’s surrounded by a thirteen acre self-contained complex on the banks of the Marco River.

From your high-top table, start your day off with coffee or tea while enjoying the view of the heated pool and hot tub below. Soon, you’ll be luxuriating all day in them without a worry on your mind. After soaking up the sun, end your day here, with a tropical drink as the setting sun turns the sky a brilliant orange.

With its white glow and two stories of living space, the interior of the unit provides a sense of tropical tranquility and is reminiscent of the beautiful sand-covered beaches. Tile floors and perfectly placed amenities create a feeling of island-style living at its best. Every space is embellished by cozy furnishings and beach-inspired décor. Downstairs, you will find the two sleeper sofas, a full bathroom, and direct access to the community.

The summer kitchen features sand-white tile countertops and is filled with all the modern appliances you need to prepare everything from a sit-down family dinner to cocktails to sip on as you savor the palm tree-lined backdrop.

Once you’re ready to rest, the bedroom is decorated with all the colors of the tropics and comes with a television and ample closet and drawer space. Open the window and fall asleep to the fragrant garden breezes.

Vacation Paradise.
This rental was great with it's convenience of being right by the pool. We enjoyed walking out of the unit's lower level and being able to go right to the pool. Having the lower level parking space was also a big plus. The unit was nicely stocked with all the necessary kitchen items. It's bright white interior is welcoming and comfortable.

Modern an Close to Everything
We were very happy with this condo we rented at Angler’s Cove. The apartment was newly renovated and everything was nice, new and fresh. Plenty of room to relax upstairs or down and two bathrooms were a plus. Adults can be upstairs and kids below with two hide a beds. Right next to pool and Tiki bar/ restaurant within east walking distance.

Stayed 30 nights at this wonderful unit. Pros: Great location on Marco, close to shops, restaurants, and the community amenities are excellent! Two-level condo offers plenty of room for a family and their travelling belongings. Car port was a blessing, especially with young families transporting kids to and from the unit. Cabana access to pool and beautifully landscaped gardens is ideal! Rental agency is reaponsive and addresses basic concerns. Cons: Condo was advertised as having A/C, however, the lower level with sleeper sofas does not have A/C vents (only the upper level has the A/C vents). The small fan made the lower level somewhat bearable, but the lower level felt like an afterthought. The unit is advertised as toddler friendly, though my request for a baby gate was disregarded by the agency and owner. We had to watch our kids extra carefully because there was nothing to prevent them from going up and down the stairs constantly. The spindles were wide enough where our twin toddlers could fit between, therefore constant monitoring was requiring to prevent risk of fall or injury. Don't get us wrong, the unit was fantastic! But for a 30-night stay and a special family trip, our larger concern of not having some preventative measures could have been addressed by the owner and agency. It was not.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an excellent time at J204. This 2-bedroom unit has two floors for the price of one. It has to be one of the best deals on the Island. The unit overlooks a pool. We loved being able to see if the pool was crowded or not before we headed out. The first floor of the unit had a walk out to the pool too.The unit is on the North side of the island. We worried if we should have gone with a unit closer to South Beach, but we were so happy we didn’t. The North side not as crowded and it was very easy to drive to any location on the island. The unit was extremely clean. The entire apartment was outfitted with plenty of sheets, blankets, and towels. There were 2 beach towels. There were a few kitchen items missing but we called the property management company and they quickly brought over 2 sauce pans, a cooler and a blender. The property management company was very helpful and highly professional.We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this condo.
