Newly renovated hallways and garage. Lifeguard on duty. $100 additional fee due to HOA for the use of the amenities, such as newly renovated gym, marina, Pickleball, courts, grills, tiki bar. Walking distance to the most famous restaurants in the local area and supermarket.

Marco Island beachfront paradise
We had a wonderful time at the condo. The pictures were exactly as shown on the website. Even though the unit was on the second floor, it had a beautiful view of Crescent Beach. The unit was very clean and updated. Communication with the owner was great. We love the South Seas property where the condo is located, so many amenities. We will be back.

Great spot and beach view
We had a great time and appreciated the wagon, chairs, and umbrellas for the beach! The beach was gorgeous, quiet, and relaxing. We had the needed basics for the kitchen, and the condo was clean and perfect for our family. The walk to the beach was a little long but worth it, and it was nice to be right on the beach.
