Great location, plenty of room and well decorated.
We had a great stay with our family. We had plenty of room and privacy. The master suite was spacious and great amenities. Our only issue was the cleaning crew was cleaning up until about 45 mins after check in. They were very nice and we brought our luggage and groceries in while they were finishing.

Great Family Vacation

Great stay
House was spacious and comfortable for our group of 6. It was a short and easy walk to the beach and the provided carts, wagons, beach chairs and toys were great. The island has a strict noise ordinance and the house is equipped with noise meters to monitor that. We had a great stay! Thank you!

Fall Break
The property was well kept. The home was well stocked with supplies for just about anything you could think of besides food. This saved quite a bit of money and reduced the amount of things to be wasted at the end of the trip. The screened in porch was our favorite place to sit every evening to enjoy the nice weather. The owners are quick to reply and very helpful.

Amazing Vacation home!
Perfect location for our family beach trip. Loved my morning jogs to the beach, very friendly neighbors, and a garage full of beach gear for people of all ages. Pool was full of floaties that the kids loved and dad got a lot of use out of the high quality grill. Hope to return in the future!

Great Family Retreat
Would definitely stay there again. The house was actually nicer than the description, large rooms, pretty much stocked plus some and a few other areas. The lanai needed a bit of cleaning due to construction nearby but not an issue. Responsiveness is the owners was near instant and helpful.

this property and location was perfect for our family (parents, grandparents and 2 kids)! we walked to the South public beach access multiple times and the double stroller + beach wagon were a huge asset :-) lots of close dinner + ice cream options as well!

Girls trip
The house was absolutely beautiful! All the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The beach supplies were great including coolers, umbrellas, carts for beach supplies and 8 beach chairs. The pool was warm and very fun with lots of seating around the whole area. It was walking distant to some of the best restaurants on the island. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return next year !!

Wedding week stay
Justin & Megan provided us with the ultimate house and experience for our wedding week stay in Marco Island. The house was very clean and gorgeous!! Spacious, and had everything we needed to make our stay so much fun and such a special memory. The location of the house is prime, we were able to walk to most places, and even stumble home from our wedding at the Hilton. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your role in such a special time in our lives.

Great Week
Our family had a great week at this home on Marco. The house was clean and as advertised. We spent a lot of time using the pool and outdoor sitting area. The location of the house was great and was close to beach access. This was our families first visit to Marco island and one of our favorite Florida vacations. We would definitely stay at this house again.

Quiet and Comfortable House
This house met our needs while on the island for a family wedding. Host was responsive when several issues came up. Great location, it's an easy walk to beach access. Plenty of room to spread out compared to a hotel room. Appreciated being able to pull car into garage out of hot sun.

Beautiful Home and just a very short walk to the beach
Everything was great, the only thing was the pool and spa were mostly in the shade (all day). Which maybe because of time of year(November)(?), but it was so close to the beach we just went there for the sun. Otherwise, would highly recommend all around. They had pretty much everything you need there, beach chairs, umbrella, stroller, etc. was a great stay.

I would definitely stay at this property again and as a matter of fact I will try to stay in this house again next year. The host was extremely accommodating, and we couldn’t have asked for a better property. I have been vacationing in Marco Island for the past ten years with my daughters and this house is the best we have stayed at. The house is walking distance to the beach, had all of the necessities and the house is absolutely beautiful!!!!!!!!

We had an amazing time
We stayed in this property for five days, we would have wanted to stay for longer. The property owners respond rapidly, and had the property in impeccable conditions. We enjoyed the living spaces and the pool in particular, great for family stays. We were a short walking distance from two public beach access points. The owner is installing now a grill in the pool area that I’m sure will add value to this space and make it even more fun to use. We completely enjoyed the experience and will be returning to this property. My family and I recommend it.

Fantastic Property
We have stayed in VRBO properties about twice a year for the past several years and this property was absolutely one of our favorite. It was exactly as advertised. The neighborhood was amazing and the house itself was clean, well decorated and by far the most equipped house I have ever seen. It has everything you need to make your vacation amazing...from a fully (and I mean fully) equipped kitchen, to beach towels, boogie boards, a tent for the beach, beach wagons, a double stroller and beach toys for all the kiddos to play with. It made our family vacation a wonderful experience! We would absolutely stay at this property again when we return to Marco Island.
