Marco Island is one of the world’s finest vacation destinations, and this home is in one of the Island’s finest vacation homes. It is 2,300 square feet and sleeps eight with three king beds, two twins and 3 bathrooms. It also comes with a two-car garage.

This property not only has the perfect inside and outside, but the location is unbeatable. It is just 600 short steps from the warm sands and turquoise waters of the Paradise Coast. If you’re in the mood for dinner and a movie, another short walk takes you to Marco Walk Plaza, a premier open-air shopper’s paradise filled with movie theaters, boutiques and plenty of fine dining options. You can also walk to Marco Golf and Garden, a miniature golf course in the midst of an award-winning garden.

When you’re not exploring the island, stay home and enjoy the resort style amenities of your lanai. Swim in the private heated pool. Luxuriate on the couches while watching your favorite show on the outdoor television or listening to your music through the outdoor speakers. Sip a cool beverage while sunbathing on the lounge chairs while the family barbeque chef uses the top of the line gas grill to serve lunch on the shaded table. Then play a game of ping pong or cornhole to determine who will do the dishes.

The bright kitchen features an island counter and comes stocked with all the appliances including a wine cooler and cookware you need to serve a family dinner or blend a batch of cocktails to sip on the lanai as the setting sun turns the sky bright orange.

Inside, sunlight streams through floor-to-ceiling windows, brightening the plank tile floors and modern decor. The property comes with comfort-enhancing amenities like air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels and a washer and dryer. It also gives you bicycles to explore the Island, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and a beach cart. The home is even equipped with a smart lighting system. No convenience was overlooked.

This was a modern home with all the amenities you could ask for to enjoy a week in beautiful Marco Island. We floated in the pool or the ocean every day for hours. Vacationing in late May has its benefits as the island was not overly crowded, restaurants all had availability, and the weather was perfect. Communications with Andrew who manages the property was great. Will definitely stay again.

Beautiful home literally 600 steps from beach Well maintained, fabulous pool, well stocked kitchen Master suite was awesome We were a family of 8 - parents w 3 adult children and spouses. Plenty of room. We spent alot of time at outdoor seating with adjacent pool dining table and bbq house was well equipped with beach supplies. The ping pong table was a bonus

The house was excellent, very well equipped and great location. It's easy to get to the beach, great park a mile and half away, everything you need for the beach is available and a very nice well heated pool. You get no sun on the pool deck if that's important. Realty management company easy to get a hold of and very responsive.

Another great stay on Marco!
The design of this home is very convenient and tastefully decorated. The outside grill and pool area are a nice relaxing setting. The location of the property is great for a short walk to the beach and local restaurants of many varieties. The property management company are very cordial and helpful with anything you may need. Thank you for making our stay another enjoyable one.

We are beyond grateful! This house couldn’t be more perfect! Everything exceeded our expectations. Whoever projected this house and whoever do the upkeep of the house are probably very meticulous people. It was hard to leave after spending seven days in this very fancy house. This is top level house… We honestly lacked nothing while staying here. Best vacation ever! We are planning on stay here next year because I’m sure no other house will beat this one.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is in a great area, close to the beach. The pictures of the house look great however it isn't as nice as it looks. The rugs throughout home are dirty and worn, and we wouldn't walk barefoot in the house. The pillows on the sofa are dirty as well. The outdoor pillows are moldy and untouchable, idk why they keep them? The washer is full of mold and stinks. The master bath has a duel shower but only one actually works. The light switch is broken in guest bedroom. Just overall the house does not seem well-maintained.There is a beeping sound in garage that you can hear inside (prob a battery?)

Amazing house and location!
We had a fantastic stay! There were 4 adults and 3 kids with plenty of room. The house was clean and well stocked, the pool is beautiful, and the beach is a short walk away. The beach cart that comes with the house was a great add. The lanai screen is ripped, we reported it. The coffee maker was broken and they replaced it same day- thank you! The only recommendations I have is to add bath mats for every sink and shower (there are none so you have to lay towels down), rugs at each of the sliding doors, and to have the pool deck power washed/ scrubbed. Overall this house is definitely 5 stars and we'll be back! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful Home
The home was amazing and the location should have been awesome just a short walk to the public beach access. However, the access that was so close was shut down by the city for some kind of maintenance issue. Soooo, we had to load up car everyday, drive to another beach access and then have my son drive the car back to the house. He then would bike back down to the beach access after he dropped us off with all our gear. Same routine to get back to the house. The main reason for booking this house was the location to the beach access (that was closed). Still had a great time, the house was awesome... just would have been nice if the rental agency would have given us a heads up about the beach access being closed.

This place is amazing. We have young kids and it was great for them too. We loved the pool, the park is a 5 minute drive and we could walk to the beach. The home had all the beach gear you could need. We also went to the Naples zoo which was only 35 minutes away by car. Everything was super close.
