Beautifully furnished throughout, the master bedroom has a kingsize bedroom set, one guestroom with a King size bedroom set and one bedroom with two twinsize beds. Study has a queensize sofabed for family and friends visiting. Modern kitchen with granite counter tops equipped with all you need.
Just 2 miles away from world famous Marco Island beach! You will be walking on white sandy beaches and swimming in warm gulf waters, and might even catch a playful dolphin show! Afterwards you will enjoy breathtaking sunsets and romantic walks on the beach. We fell in love with Marco Island over twenty five years ago when we would vacation with our children and dreamed of one day living in this paradise. Now our dreams have come true and have made Marco Island our full time home. Our business is family owned and operated so you will always deal directly with the owners and not a rental company. We loved this house! It was absolutely spotless, extremely comfortable and very well equipped.The beds were really comfortable as was the living room furniture. We appreciated the TV’s in the bedrooms. Very centrally located to everything on Marco Island and a perfect house to stay in!

Another Amazing Stay
This is our second time staying at this property and it was just as great as we remembered from two years ago! The owners are wonderful and the house is perfectly equipped. We have stayed in quite a few vacation rental homes throughout the country and this is probably the best when it comes to cleanliness and having everything you need. I also like to mention that it’s a joy that they don’t give you a mile long list of things you must do before you check-out. We will always leave homes clean and tidy before we leave, but the last thing you want on vacay, is to feel paranoid about a book full of to-do’s. We are a family of three, our daughter being 10. We brought most of what we needed, but totally didn’t have to. They have a fully equipped kitchen with good quality pots, pans, appliances, foil, plastic wrap, etc.. There are tons of pool toys (for all ages), beach chairs, umbrellas, beach wagon, etc. Also, tons of towels! One of our favorite things about this house is that the guest bathroom leads out to the pool, so you don't have to worry about wet swimsuits going through the house. The privacy of the backyard is wonderful. This is the perfect Marco vacation home. We can’t wait to come back again!

We spent a wonderful five days at their home. Everything about our trip was wonderful. The house is beautiful very well-maintained very clean and in a beautiful spot. It was our first trip to the island and we definitely plan on going back and hopefully renting from them again.

This was an amazing property and perfect for our party of 6.The home was stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, towels, etc. Lots of towels and pool toys as well. The outdoor living space is beautiful! The homeowners live close and were very responsive! We had the privilege of meeting them and thoroughly enjoyed our short visit. They take great pride in their property and take care of their renters throughout their stay. We will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this property! Thank you for a wonderful week!

Great Property!
This property is as advertised. Huge kitchen, great master bed/bath and very nice secondary bedrooms/bathroom. The highlight of the property is the enormous lanai with heated pool nicely equipped with plenty of furniture, lighting, ceiling fan and pool toys. We loved this property and would highly recommend it.

Perfect place, both house and location!
I stayed here for a long weekend with friends and we really enjoyed everything about it! The house is immaculate, very comfortable with everything we needed and clear directions with regard to the house and helpful area information provided. Communication with Grisel was very easy. I was in town on business and brought my 18 and 11 year old daughters. My family rents on Marco 2-3 times a year, usually on a canal. This was our first time staying inland and it didn't disappoint. Amenities galore, house is tastefully decorated, pool was heated when we used it which was a nice treat. Lots of closet space in bedrooms, a great supply of beach toys, coolers, beach buggy wagon and beach chairs. The owner was in contact with us prior to check-in and day of check-in and answered the few questions we had during our stay promptly. Beds are supper comfortable and neighborhood is quiet. For a Sunday through Friday stay in January we felt the price was a great value compared to other rental homes on island. It fit our needs perfectly and we had a great week of sunny warm weather.
