Tucked in a convenient central Marco Island location, this finely appointed home is decked out with beautiful tropical decor and is complete with a private screened lanai, heated swimming pool and covered outdoor living and dining areas for enjoying the balmy gulf breezes. Inside the house, find wood and tile floors throughout, an open kitchen with granite countertops, breakfast bar, two living areas, a den/office (open to the living room, but enclosable with french doors), a dining area overlooking the pool and three bedrooms, each with their own bath. The master bath is ensuite with both a soaking tub and separate shower. The hall bath serves one of the queen guest bedrooms and the third bathroom is ensuite to the second guest bedroom, but also accessible from the pool area to serve as a pool bath. The covered lanai has a built-in outdoor kitchen with an electric grill, refrigerator and bar space. Southern exposure provides lots of sun on the heated swimming pool and sundeck area year round. The 2-car garage is stocked with bear gear including chairs, an umbrella and a cooler. Come enjoy Marco Island sunshine in tropical luxury at Bahama Hideaway!
