This Inland Pool House includes 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, an open kitchen and living area created with two Master Bedrooms, providing enough space for a large family in mind. “Villa Chill” as it is affectionately called offers a convenient and clean experience of Florida pool house island living! Enjoy grilling out, a fun game of Tiki Ring Toss, or taking a swim in the heated pool. Whether it is a morning swim with a good read, or an evening swim under the stars and string lighting, you’ll be sure to make memories that make THIS Marco Island house a favorite. Conveniently located within walking distance to local parks, the farmers market, restaurants, and just minutes away from the beaches and local attractions.

Guest Bedroom #2 features a Full/Twin and Trundle Bunk Bed. With a kid friendly design, children will enjoy the bunk bed and basketball goal.

Nice house/ good location
Our stay was very nice. However, I would mention in the post about no actual door in one of the master bedroom. In addition, the same room has not good air conditioning. Other than that everything is convenience, a lot of beach stuff, enough kitchen utensils. Enough space for 5 adults and 4 kids!

Great weekend get away
Visit Marco Island for a wedding. House was perfect for a family with kids. Used the pool all day and enough living space for all. Worth nothing the one bedroom off the kitchen doesn’t have a door but we made it work. Would stay here again!

The house was perfectly fine for our 5 days of relaxing. The pool was heated, which ended up not being very refreshing for us northern people in the 95 degree heat. But I asked the host if we could turn it down and someone came out right away.

Nice and comfortable property
The house is well located and very comfortable for our family of 7. The beds were comfortable, the pool was very relaxing, and we found everything we needed in the kitchen with plenty of pots, pans and utensils. The only down side was that the bathrooms needed more thorough cleaning and that we wished for all bedrooms to have TVs.

Before coming on our trip, we read the reviews of this property. Some had noted there were no beach towels. We did not find this to be the case. There was an ample supply of linens including beach towels. Plenty of necessities to utilize at the beach. A new hair dryer was available in the master suite off the kitchen. We were traveling with my husband’s siblings and their spouses. The house provided adequate space and privacy for each family. We enjoyed our evenings around the pool. Neighborhood is lovely. I wouldn’t mind returning here again in the future. Thank you for having us!

Beautiful home to rest and Relax
Lovely home with a beautiful pool. So comfortable and cozy. We had the perfect girls weekend. We enjoyed using the umbrella and 4 chairs. The pool was relaxing and so clean. Bring your own beach towels. Make sure to bring your own garbage bags ;)

Had a great time with extended family. The property was great. Had to get some basics on check in (like hand soap for the bathroom, was not a lot of things like garbage bags, consumables like TP was not a lot for 8 people for a week, grill had been left on by previous guest and out of gas), but overall great experience and really enjoyed the stay. Given it was just a few weeks after a hurricane, we had no complaints and would come back again!

Nice beach-themed home
The VRBO listing makes it look like this house is on a canal, but it is just in a neighborhood and NOT on the water. This was a good house overall, with plenty of room for our big family. The house could use some upgrades, like adding lights in the showers and renovating the bathrooms. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay, and the pool was great!

The house is very good and comfortable equipped, the only thing I would suggest is a bigger AC, the one it has is not enough for her, we really liked it a lot and we enjoyed the stay to the fullest. Nice house and pool
This house was the perfect escape from the cold weather in Ohio. We traveled with 5 children under the age of 5, so we really appreciated the ranch floor plan and the extra space around the pool area for the babies to play toys. The only complaint is that the second master bedroom does not have a door, only a sliding shade type of thing, which made it challenging for my son to nap even with a sound machine.

Great Besides not being able to swim for 3 days but everything else was awesome love Marco island but renting a house with a pool and kids wanting to swim but couldn’t sucked…. All and all I would give them another chance beautiful house and plenty of room still made the best of our time down there

You need to know...
The house is somewhat spartan but clean and neat. Liked the convenience of the keypad entry. Nice kitchen and large dining table. Our major issue is that the listing did not mention one important fact - that one of the MBRs does not have a door! I believe that this should be disclosed (or remedied!) The room is off the kitchen and in back of the garage, and appears to be a converted space. It is also not on the house a/c. but does have a separate small unit. If you don't need four bedrooms the house is fine, but bear in mind that one of the full baths is off the doorless MBR on the other side of the house from the other three BRs.

Wedding weekend spot for extended family
This was a great spot to gather extended family. With an open kitchen and plenty of seating it was a great spot to reminisce between events. There were also plenty of bathrooms for four couples to get ready for formal events! There was lots of storage in the kitchen and quality plates and silverware to use. Even a brand new corkscrew! The saltwater pool was the perfect temperature for a plunge and it was nice to sit with coffee in the morning. Opportunities for improvement: we couldn’t find any pool/beach towels. The shower towels were small and very thin, and there should have been at least 4 per bathroom, especially for the hall bathroom that would be shared by many. Also, the lighting in the main area is dim. A brighter bulb over the table and a floor lamp in the living room would be a great improvement. Also, an additional small coffee table would be helpful. All in all, we had a great time and would rent again!
