"The main highlight is of course aquapark, nothing more impressive to look in this hotel. Despite 3-stars level the staff at the reception desk could be more friendly and customer-oriented. We had a chance to talk to Konrad and it was not the most pleasant one that we faced in our life. "A comfortable and well-kept hotel some 50 meters from multiple hiking trails and but a 20 minute walk from the Karpacz downtown. The surroundings are beautiful. A truly perfect place for exercise and relaxation. I conjoined ca. 5 hours of hiking each day with massage treatments in the spa. I opted for half board and found the gastronomy, for both breakfast and dinner, to be of the the highest quality. I'm going back next year."

"Wonderful estate located in a beautiful park. I would be happy to come back even in my opinion hotel should rather be rated as 3-3,5 star. Tasteful breakfast, but dinners were so-so. Also rooms need improvement: new beds and instaling a frigde. Very nice people especially at the reception and great service, but still some improvements are needed."

"Tried to put me in inferior room than the one I booked. After complaint was given a room with safe not working. Third room I was given was an upgrade but the internet worked horribly in all 3 rooms which were in different parts of hotel, different levels. Bed wasnt very comfortable. No way this hotel deserves anything close to the rating it has. One of the rooms the sink was over the toilet making it awkward to use. "The hotel was exceptionally clean and pleasant, with a courteous and helpful staff and a wonderful spa. While spa services were not included in the price, this was not a significant issue due to the relatively low number of guests. The restaurant food was satisfactory, though not outstanding."
