"The chalet accommodation is ideal for us and our two small dogs as we do not disturb the hotel guests if the dogs want an early morning toilet. The food in the restaurant was very nice but an “over the top” bar tender added farce to a lovely evening. We have stayed in the chalets for the last two years but no maintenance work has been done on faulty door handles and toilet flushes."

"We had a wonderful time. Stephane met our early arrivals to let them in and the whole party of 24 - great grandparents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins all enjoyed the lovely pool and grounds- with plenty of space for cricket, badminton and board games. Stephane was very helpful when the dishwasher didn’t work- coming up to replace it immediately. We had wonderful weather and really enjoyed Kayaking in Lusignan. We would love to return"

"Very helpful staff on reception. We arrived by bike and as they had no bike storage they switched us to a larger room on the ground floor with space for our bikes. Great breakfast too."

"Nice hotel for a short stay. Staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean. The hotel is situated someway from the city centre. The hotel has fairly slow EV chargers for an overnight charge. "

"It is very functional and it was clean and tidy but there is barley enough room to walk round the bed or turnaround in the bathroom On the plus side the receptionist was lovely and breakfast was good It’s very easy to get to the supermarket where there were places to eat "

"While we were a little nervous about the somewhat shabby area around this small, quiet hotel, we were quite happy to enter and find an immaculately clean, modernized facility. The parking area, while not a garage, fell safe and secure. The staff was incredibly welcoming and kind, the common areas fresh and modern and the room so clean and sparkling! Absolutely the only reason I had to take off a star was because the mattress really could use replacing. It felt old and I could feel the springs....

"Paul and Elaine made our stay so easy. Beautiful property with a great pool and patio area. Special thanks to Paul who couldn’t do enough to make our stay perfect, even set up a big screen projector so we could enjoy the rugby. "The property internally was very good but needs some finishing off. Property full of flies. VRBO advertised property inclusive of use of pool and hot tub. Owner requested 100 euro’s for 7 days use of hot tub. Externally on arrival the grass was not cut, pool had not been cleaned and Wi-Fi was inoperable. Pool was cleaned on arrival, Wi-Fi was repaired following day. Grass was not cut. The owners dog used the long grass at the end of the pool to do it’s business. We will not return to this...

"A one night stop to break up a very long road trip. Arrived after checking in times but was sorted easily with a quick call ahead. Only complaint is that it would have been nice to have a new sponge in the kitchen rather than an old one. "
