The 65 m² apartment, on the first floor of a typical Elban house, consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. After a 30-minute drive or 19 km, you can get to the mountain Monte Capanne, a popular tourist destination with fantastic views over the surrounding island. The hilly area around Pomonte is also ideal for hiking or cycling along the brilliant shores. The island’s airport is only a 24-minute drive or 15.5 km from the property.

Parking spaces are not available on the property, but a town-managed car park is only 40 m from the apartment.
