"When checked in - both rooms were super small with many deficiencies - they were dirty, main light did not work , handles on dresser was broken , we were given small towels (did not know until the next day that they actually have large towels). We were moved the next morning to better and bigger rooms which were much more convenient. However , these rooms were also not cleaned properly. A dead bug remained in the floor for our whole stay. "My family and I spent 5 days at this lovely place. Casole D’Elsa is a short walk up the hill and a great place to enjoy a meal. The restaurant on site is a gem with terrific food. Our kids enjoyed the pool and the location allowed for easy drives to a variety of Tuscan towns on the tourist map. We enjoyed our stay!"

"The hotel got amazing views, very modern and rustic design and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We loved our stay at Locanda, although i must say that dinner is very expensive with dishes that we didn't like. So we chose even not continue to the breakfast. Other than this, i reccomand you this hotel as a must stop for 1 night in the area!! Free parking is just outside, and you really near to san giminiano and the rest of the borgos around..."
