"I could not complete the checkin process, there was no one at the hotel to talk to, they did not approve us because of covid19 regulations, we had the certificates but had no one to show them to I had problems with my credit card and because there was no one to talk to in person we could not pay in cash. "I arrived on Sunday, September 29. Neither my reservation with Expedia nor the hotel's site mentioned that the hotel front desk as well as the hotel is closed on Sunday.
