"Even though it’s on the main drag, it’s very quiet and cozy. It’s within walking distance of at least 20 small restaurants. Wonderful hosts! Delicious breakfast! It’s hard to realize that about 80 years ago, tanks landing at Normandy rolled along these same streets. "

"Charming, clean and very hospitable. Hotel was recently convert, 2020, from a very old school to a quaint Inn. Bayeux is the perfect French town for a vacation to Normandy. "

"Our two night stay was nice. The staff was polite and a couple of them spoke English which was helpful. Our room was more than enough space for our family of five. The grounds were charming and close enough to everything. A quick drive into town, a walk would have been a bit far for the kids. "

"We used Granville as our hub to explore the Normandy area in France. We rented a car and stayed at Hotel des Bains for five nights. The room was clean and comfortable. We had our adult son along so we book the "Superior Family Room side sea view" which was excellent. Our son had his own area with a privacy curtain. Our balcony looked over the sea. We had a great stay."

"Absolutely spacious, comfortable, and convenient lodging with 3 separate bedrooms with on-suite full baths in the heart of beautiful and quaint Bayeux. What more could you ask for? "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the quality of the service, cleanliness, bar, restaurant, food etc etc. The employees were great too. However, the hotel is not ideal for someone that has impaired mobility or uses a wheelchair, because of steps within the common parts of the building and does not have a lift to access the upper floors' bedrooms. "Overall a good stay in a good location. My wife has mobility problems and we were unfortunately put into a first floor room needing her to walk up the spiral staircase which was rather slippery. The rooms are bijou and compact but OK for mostly just sleeping and showering in. The bed in 108 needs a new mattress! One of the main reasons for us booking here was the onsite EV charging which worked on our first night but then was out of order for the remainder of our 5 nights so we had to hunt down...

"Great spot to stay if touring Normandy. Was nice to cook in the room vs eating out again. Close stroll to the harbor area, restaurants and grocery store. Really comfortable bed. I would stay again."

"Stayed here during the 75th anniversary of d-day. On arrival didn't know how to check in but was not a problem as owner lives next door. Great location to easily get to other places. Resident chickens in the garden made our stay welcoming and interesting. One day owner left us fresh eggs and on the last night of our stay left us a bottle of wine and biscuits. Would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back."

"Excellent location just 2 minutes from the beautiful beach. Our room was spacious and very clean the a balcony overlooking the street and with a sea view. The morning sunrises were outstanding. The owners and staff are very friendly whilst remaining professional at all times. "

"Needed a place to stay last minute as i was too tired to put up my tent on a motorcycle tour in France. I was delighted to find this accommodation, which was a nice drive both through country lanes but also accessible from the main roads. The reception staff, Fabien and Anne Lyse were very welcoming, helpful and couldnt do enough to ensure my stay was comfortable. I opted not to have breakfast, and this resulted in me having 14 hours' unplanned sleep in a very comfy bed. Coffee is on tap and there is a bar and restaurant as well as nearby supermarkets and other stores. The room was clean and had everything i needed. There is a vending machine and drinks facilities to use out of hours. Google maps didnt bring me to quite the right spot, so if that happens to you just keep heading up the hill and it is on your right. "

"Hotel rooms were comfortable, the window shutters are great. The restaurant serves a regional menu, including regional beers. The breakfast was the standard bread, pastries, cereal, fruits and cheese. The location was easy to find, and a great spot to stay if planning on visiting the town. The town is close enough to walk if you want alternative options for food."
