Spacious Holiday Home in Humain with Garden

Holiday home located in Humain has a beautiful fenced garden with play equipment, ideal for a group of friends or a family with kids this house has 5 bedrooms and can house 9 people.

The "Famenne", between the valleys of the rivers Ourthe and Lesse is a wonderful area for nature lovers, hikers and sports enthusiasts. The natural heritage, flora and fauna offer the opportunity to enjoy beautiful forest walks, bike or horseback rides.

The House has central heating to keep you warm in winters and air conditioning too. You could also enjoy good barbecued food on the sunny terrace in winters, while kids will enjoy playing with the pets in the garden.

Public transport can be found 8 km away while towncenter is just 3 km from the house.
2 pets are allowed at the charges of € 1,50/Pet/Night when communicated before arrival.

Zeer ruime en mooi ingerichte woning. Alle voorzieningen zijn in perfecte staat en aanwezig. Ruime afgesloten tuin en alles kindvriendelijk, veel speeltuig voor kinderen aanwezig. Kamers zijn ook voortreffelijk. De locatie is ook top,alles dichtbij.

Een grote woning met dito garage, van alle gemakken voorzien. Zeer grote hoeveelheid keukenbenodigdheden en glaswerk. Goede omgeving voor mountaibiking en wandeltochten, alles goed aangegeven. Prima wifi. Een minpunt zijn ze vreselijk krakende verdiepingsvloeren en trappen. Let op bijkomende kosten, deze zijn vrij fors.

Aangezien ik niet zo sterk ben in het uitschrijven van lange en rijmende teksten. Zal ik hier kort opsommen waarom je deze woning MOET huren. Vriendelijke ontvangst alle comfort heel ruim aanwezig veeel toiletten (kan handig zijn bij geurende vrienden -)) veel badkamers heel verzorgd super proper correcte afrekening ( geen hoge kosten) enz.......

Prachtig huis in een mooie omgeving. Heel rustiek van binnen met alle benodigde voorzieningen. Ontvangst was heel hartelijk en er stonden wat lekkere biertjes klaar als cadeau. Kan verder hele verhalen vertellen maar ik houd het kort en krachtig. Veel huis voor weinig geld. Veel service vanuit verhuurder en staan ook direct klaar bij problemen. Zeker een aanrader!

Het was echt super. Mooi huis met alles erop en aan. Een mooie lokatie met een prachtig uitzicht. Hele vriendelijke ontvangst met een Belgisch biertje. Schoon en alles naar wens. We hebben een geweldig weekend gehad met al onze kinderen . De afwikkeling was ook naar tevredenheid. Een echte aanrader!

We werden hartelijk ondvangen door de eigenaresse , de woning was uitstekend, super schoon en keurig onderhouden. bedden en slaapkamers, badkamers waren keurig schoon, ook servies en pannen. We hadden ons eigen pan laten staan, deze heeft de eigenaresse keurig Nasr ons terug gezonden. Mooie woning, fijne tijd in dit huis gehad. Jack

We konden het huis waar we de sleutel op moesten halen niet vinden ,maar naar 1 telefoontje kwam de eigenaresse binnen 2 minuten met de sleutel.Top. We kregen een korte uitleg waar alles stond en hoe alles werkte.Het huis was prachtig, schoon en groot. Mooie grote tuin en een prachtig uitzicht. Alleen sommige matrassen zijn aan vervanging toe ,ze zijn doorgezakt. Verder niets op aan te merken van alles ruim voorzien .

Ruim voldoende slaap- én badkamers, serviesgoed, zitplaatsen enz. Binnen en buiten twee grote eettafels met voldoende parasols. Heerlijke, grote en omheinde tuin. Ontvangst was prima, er stond ook een aantal welkomsbiertjes. Alles was zeer schoon. Prima huis dus. Enige minpuntje de krakende vloeren op de eerste verdieping.

Prachtig landschap. Manjefieke villa met grote tuin. (alleen de krakende vloeren op bovenverdieping was minder) Met 4 gezinnen en baby een fantastische week hier gehad. Verhuurster heel behulpzaam en sprak Nederlands. Mooie tripjes in de buurt. Durbuy is een grote aanrader.
