"This place is literally falling apart. It hasn’t been updated since the 90s. The mattress was rock hard and the sheets paper thin. The curtains were dusty and dirty. The towels look like they have been through a lot. No toiletries in the ancient bathroom and the shower curtain was moldy. "This is a nice hotel, with beautiful rooms and restaurant. The staff are helpful, and they even made us breakfast well after the posted finish time. The downsides are the rooms are little small, and our shower didn’t fully work (the wand worked, but not the shower head). Also it can be a little cold in winter, but there is in room heating."

"A lovely residence in the heart of the Medina with a wonderfully welcoming and helpful host. We had a good-sized room with small sitting area and comfortable bed, traditional decorations, and an enclosed balcony overlooking the interior courtyard where breakfast was served in the morning. "You will never find hotel staff more friendly and caring and helpful where they can than the team here. I had a terrible vacation in the country, however, the kindness of the staff here was amazing. Amine, was so helpful and make me feel so comfortable and was extremely professional and a very helpful resource for my many questions, made great recommendations and made it a pleasant experience. He was very knowledgeable and was great with coordinating staff there. "
