Toller Aufenthalt
Der Aufenthalt dort war wirklich toll, vielen Dank nochmal an M. für die tolle Gastfreundschaft. Das Haus liegt zwar etwas abseits in dem kleinen Dorf Divšići, allerdings kann man die Tage auch sehr gut am Pool geniessen wenn man mal keine Lust hat mit dem Auto zu einem der zahlreichen Strände zu fahren, die man in circa 15 – 30 Minuten erreicht. In der Umgebung hat es viele weitere Ferienhäuser, kleinere Bauernhäuser und viele aktive Hühner und Hunde. Das Haus ist sehr gross, wir waren zu 6.

Haus Lancin
Das Haus ist wie auf den Bildern. Wer es mag Ruhe zu haben ist es sehr ideal. Das Meer ist circa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir haben es sehr genossen.

Entspannter Urlaub in einem schönen Haus!
Das Haus ist perfekt für 2 Familien, in unserem Fall 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder. Es ist genügend Platz für alle. Der Außenbereich könnte etwas größer sein, aber das ist dem Objekt geschuldet. Der Check-in war freundlich, aber leider aufgrund fehlender Englischkenntnisse des Schlüsselhalters etwas schleppend. Die Kommunikation ist deshalb auch etwas schwierig gewesen, wenn es Probleme gab. Mit etwas Geduld, haben wir aber alles geregelt bekommen und hatten auch einen schönen Urlaub. Das Haus könnte ein paar Erneuerungen gebrauchen, es ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es war aber sauber und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wir haben schon fast ein Jahr im voraus gebucht und daher einen guten Preis bekommen. Sollten die Preise auch in diesem Objekt weiter steigen, würde das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht mehr stimmen. Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen Dorf, in dem es leider keinerlei Möglichkeiten gibt etwas einzukaufen oder essen zu gehen. Grundsätzlich liegt es ruhig, ist aber auch von Landwirtschaft umgeben, was man manchmal riechen und hören. In der Nachbarschaft gibt es leider Kettenhunde, die teilweise fast die ganze Nacht bellen. Der Hahn am frühen morgen, gegenüber, kann auch nerven. Auch sollten die vielen Stechmücken erwähnt werden, ohne Insektenmittel keine Chancen. Natürlich kann man dieses "Drumherum" nicht dem Vermieter anlasten oder vorwerfen!! Alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub und hatten schöne 14 Tage in dieser Unterkunft!

Schöner Urlaub in der Villa Lancin
Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt in dem schönen geräumigen Haus. Für 8 Personen gab es auch 8 Betten, sodass man nicht auf einer Couch im Wohnzimmer schlafen muss, wie es oft der Fall ist. Die Zimmer sind groß und haben eine gute Ausstattung an Mobiliar. Die Küche ist neu und es hat Spaß gemacht dort zu Kochen. Uns hat nur ein Toaster gefehlt aber dass muss nicht für andere Wichtig sein. Was auch noch sehr praktisch war ist, das es eine Aussendusche und ein separates WC vorhanden waren. Im großen und ganzen hatten wir einen eine tolle Zeit in dem kleinen, ruhigen Örtchen Divsici. Wir werden die Villa Lancin gerne wieder buchen.
